Popular with regular German guests, this premium hotel features 498 rooms spread across a five-story main building and a seven-story annex building. Several panoramic elevators are available in each. The hotel welcomes its guests with an elegant lobby featuring a reception, comfortable seating areas, and a lobby bar. Furthermore, it offers a buffet restaurant with a terrace, various specialty restaurants, several bars, a hair salon, various shops, and a complimentary game hall with several attractions. The appealing wellness center with an indoor pool and separate children's pool invites guests to relax. Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the lobby area and in the rooms. In the spacious and very well-maintained garden area, in addition to an amphitheater for evening events and a small funfair, there is a large freshwater pool landscape with three swimming pools, including a relaxation pool (entry from age 15), three children's pools, as well as an aqua park with five water slides for children and an aqua park with six water slides for adults. A sun terrace with a pool/snack bar complements the diverse range of offerings. Sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and beach towels are included at the pool and on the beach (weather permitting), and there is also a beach bar.

Double room

The approx. 27 m² standard rooms feature a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa. Amenities include shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, bathrobe, slippers, pillow menu, LCD TV, IP TV, baby cot (on request), laminate flooring, safe, premium minibar, electric kettle with tea and coffee set, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. The premium minibar is stocked upon arrival with a bottle of malt beer, 37.5 cl red wine, 20 cl imported whiskey, Nescafé Express iced coffee, soda, Sprite, Cola, Fanta, iced tea, Cappy orange juice, Cappy cherry juice, water, chips, chocolate, and mixed nuts. On subsequent days, malt beer, water, and soft drinks are refilled free of charge. The rooms have a balcony with land view (D). DR=SR for single use (DE). Rooms with side sea view can be booked at an additional charge (DMS). DR=SR for single use (DES).

Family room

The approx. 43 m² family rooms offer the same features as the double rooms, are located in the annex building, and have a second bedroom (both rooms with air conditioning) with a connecting door, LCD TV, IP TV in the rooms, and side sea view as well as a balcony (FS2). The parents' room contains the premium minibar, and the children's room contains the Kichi bar (contains milk, strawberry milk, Nesquik, chocolate, waffles, chips, pretzel sticks, cookies, and water on the first day of the stay. Milk, water, and fruit juice are refilled free of charge on subsequent days.

Superior room

The approx. 30 m² superior rooms feature the same amenities as the double rooms. The rooms have a balcony with a side sea view (D2S). Rooms with a direct sea view can be booked at an additional charge (DMU).

Superior family room

The approx. 43 m² rooms consist of a master bedroom (1 double bed + 1 sofa) and 1 children's room (2 single beds) with otherwise identical equipment elements. (2FA).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet style, late-riser breakfast, snacks during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, as well as ice cream hour and midnight snacks. Alternatively, there is the option to dine once per stay in each of the four à-la-carte restaurants, subject to reservation/availability. You can also dine at any time without reservation in the 24/7 open à-la-carte restaurants. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic (including freshly squeezed orange juice) as well as some imported drinks are available around the clock at the respective open bars. Daily minibar refill with beer, soft drinks, water, plus mineral water and crackers. Wearing an all-inclusive wristband is mandatory.
