This modern hotel complex is set in extensive, beautifully planted gardens of approx. 50,000 m², directly on the hotel's own pebble/sand beach. The hotel shuttle service to Manavgat/Side and Alanya is included. Both towns are approx. 35 km from the hotel. The hotel is also available with the destination airport Gazipasa (GZP), the distance is 79 km.

The resort hotel, popular especially with German regular guests, has 498 rooms spread across the main building with five floors and the adjacent building with seven floors. Several panoramic elevators are available. It offers its guests an elegant reception hall with seating areas and lobby bar, the buffet restaurant with terrace, various specialty restaurants, several bars, a hairdresser, various shops and a game hall (each for a fee) with several attractions and an appealing wellness center with indoor pool and separate children's pool. Wi-Fi is included in the reception area and in the rooms. In the spacious, very well-maintained garden complex, besides the amphitheater for evening events and a small amusement park, there is also the large freshwater pool landscape with three swimming pools, including the relaxation pool (access from 15 years), three children's pools and an aqua park with five water slides for children as well as an aqua park with six water slides for adults, the sun terrace with pool/snackbar. Sun loungers, mattresses, parasols and bath towels are included here and at the beach bar, weather permitting.

The comfortable and spacious rooms are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (hourly, centrally controlled), satellite TV, minibar, direct dial telephone, safe and balcony (D). Rooms with sea view (DM) or side sea view (DMS) are available at an extra charge. DZ = Single room for single use (DE/DES/DEM).

These rooms offer the same features as the double rooms, are located in the adjacent building, have a second bedroom with a connecting door and side sea view (FS2).

Breakfast, lunch and dinner in buffet form, late riser breakfast, snacks during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, and ice cream hour and midnight snack. You also have the option to dine once per stay in each of the seven à la carte restaurants with reservation/availability. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (including fresh orange juice) and some imported drinks are available at the bars that are open around the clock. Daily minibar refill with beer, soft drinks, water, plus mineral water and crackers. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.
