The hotel is located in the Kestel district next to the Dim river and directly on the long sand/pebble beach, approx. 6 km from Alanya center and 140 km from Antalya Airport. Taxi and public minibus connections are available in close proximity to the hotel.

The hotel consists of a 3-story building complex (elevators available) and offers 350 rooms. Facilities include the reception area with a front desk, an elegant lobby with comfortable seating areas, a main restaurant with a terrace, two à la carte restaurants (one reservation included per stay), several bars, a heated indoor pool, and a spa area. There are also some shops and a hairdresser (both at a charge). Wi-Fi is included within the hotel. The outdoor area features a freshwater pool, a relax pool (+16 years), and a pool with three water slides, a sun terrace, and a pool bar. Sun loungers, cushions, and umbrellas are available free of charge at the beach with beach club and beach bar, as well as at the pool. Towels are also provided free of charge. All outdoor facilities are available at the hotelier's discretion during winter.
