The hotel is located in the Kestel district, next to the Dim River and directly on a long sandy/pebbly beach, approximately 6 km from the center of Alanya and 140 km from Antalya Airport. Taxi and public minibus connections are available in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

The hotel consists of a 3-story building complex (elevators available) and features 350 rooms. Facilities include a reception area with a front desk, an elegant lobby with comfortable seating, a main restaurant with a terrace, two à la carte restaurants (included once per stay with reservation), several bars, a heated indoor pool, and a spa area. Additionally, there are several shops and a hairdresser (each for a fee). Wi-Fi is included within the hotel. In the outdoor area, there is a freshwater pool, a relaxation pool (+16 years), a pool with three water slides, a sun terrace, and a pool bar. At the beach with a beach club and beach bar, as well as by the pool, sun loungers, pads, parasols, and pool towels are included. All outdoor facilities are available to a limited extent in winter at the hotelier's discretion.

Double Room Superior

With similar features to the double rooms, these are located in the main building and are approx. 36 m² (DSU). DR=SR for single use (DSE).

Suite

With similar features and location as the double rooms, they consist of 2 sleeping rooms separated by a visual partition and are approx. 56 m² (S2).

Family Room

With similar features and location as the suites, these rooms additionally have a connecting door (DF2).

Family Room Superior

With similar features as the suites, these are slightly smaller and are located in the main building (approx. 36 m²) (F2U).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet, snacks during the day, coffee/tea and cakes in the afternoon, and ice cream hour at the pool.
