The hotel is located in the Kestel district next to the Dim River and directly on the long sand/pebble beach, approx. 6 km from the center of Alanya and 140 km from Antalya airport. Taxi and public minibus connections are in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

The hotel consists of a 3-story building complex (elevators available) and has 350 rooms. Facilities include a reception area with a front desk, an elegant lobby with comfortable seating, a main restaurant with a terrace, two à-la-carte restaurants (included once per stay with reservation), several bars, a heated indoor pool, and a spa area. There are also several shops and a hairdresser (each for a fee). Wi-Fi is included within the hotel. In the outdoor area, there is a freshwater pool, a relaxation pool (+16 years), and a pool with three water slides, a sun terrace, and the pool bar. Sun loungers, cushions, and parasols, as well as pool towels, are included at the beach with a beach club and beach bar, and at the pool. All outdoor facilities are usable to a limited extent in winter at the discretion of the hotelier.

The approx. 28 m² rooms are located in the annex buildings and are equipped with ceramic flooring, shower/WC, hairdryer, seating area, safe, LCD satellite TV, minibar, tea and coffee setup, air conditioning (central), and a balcony with garden view (D). DR=SR for single occupancy (DE).

With similar features to the double rooms, these are located in the main building and are approx. 36 m² in size (DSU). DR=SR for single occupancy (DSE).

Suite

With similar features and location to the double rooms, they consist of 2 bedrooms with an optical partition and are approx. 56 m² in size (S2).

Family room

With similar features and location to the suites, these rooms additionally have a connecting door (DF2).

Family room Superior

With similar features to the suites, these are slightly smaller and are located in the main building (approx. 36 m²) (F2U).
