The hotel is located in the Kestel district next to the Dim River and directly on the long sandy/pebble beach, approx. 6 km from the center of Alanya and 140 km from Antalya Airport. Taxi and public minibus connections are available in close proximity to the hotel.

The hotel comprises a 3-storey building complex (lifts available) and offers 350 rooms. Facilities include a reception area with a front desk, an elegant lobby with comfortable seating, a main restaurant with a terrace, two à la carte restaurants (one reservation per stay included), several bars, a heated indoor pool, and a spa area. There are also some shops and a hairdresser (each for a fee). Wi-Fi is included within the hotel. The outdoor area features a freshwater pool, a relaxation pool (+16 years), and a pool with three water slides, a sun terrace, and a pool bar. Sun loungers, cushions, and parasols, as well as bath towels, are included at the beach with beach club and beach bar, and by the pool. All outdoor facilities are available subject to the hotelier's discretion in winter.

With similar amenities and location to the double rooms, these consist of 2 bedrooms with a visual separation and are approx. 56 m² in size (S2).

With similar amenities and location to the suites, these rooms have an additional connecting door (DF2).

With similar amenities to the suites, these are slightly smaller and located in the main building (approx. 36 m²) (F2U).
