Location

This holiday retreat is situated in a quiet bay directly on the long sandy/pebble beach of Karaburun. The town of Alanya is 33 km away, Side is 27 km away, and Manavgat is 24 km away. Taxi and minibus connections are available near the hotel. Antalya Airport is 90 km away.

The comfortable hotel complex of the Kirman Group features a total of 360 rooms spread over five floors with four panoramic lifts. Various amenities include the elegant lobby with reception, cozy seating areas and an elegant lobby bar, game hall, and Wi-Fi, which is included throughout the complex. The main restaurant with terrace, various à-la-carte restaurants (each requiring reservation and subject to availability; included once per minimum stay of 7 nights), various shops, a mini-market, hairdresser, wellness area (all for a fee), and an indoor pool with a separate children's pool. In the garden area, there is an amphitheater for evening events, a freshwater swimming pool with five water slides, a separate children's pool (heated in April and May), and a sun terrace with a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and bath towels are included for our guests by the pools and at the beach (with beach bar).

Double Room

The tastefully furnished rooms offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, one double bed and one single bed, direct-dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, air conditioning (centrally controlled, hourly), laminate and tile flooring, and a balcony (D). Rooms with side or direct sea view can be booked at an extra charge (DMS/DM). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (DE/DES/DEM).

Family Room

With the same features as the double rooms, the family rooms additionally offer a separate bedroom with a connecting door and a bathroom/WC (DF2).

Superior Double Room

These rooms consist of one double bed and one single bed, shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, bathrobe, slippers, pillow menu, air conditioning, digital satellite and LCD screen, IP TV, baby cot (optional), free safe, minibar, water kettle (tea and coffee), laminate flooring, and a balcony (DSU).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from extensive buffets, late-riser breakfast, various snacks during the day, afternoon coffee/tea and pastries, as well as a midnight buffet. Various local alcoholic drinks and some imported beverages as well as non-alcoholic drinks are included around the clock at the respective open bars, and drinks are available in the disco bar (11 p.m. to 2 a.m.). Premium minibar (The premium minibar contains on the day of arrival: a bottle of beer, malt, a 37.5 cl bottle of red wine, 20 cl imported whiskey, Nescafe Express cold coffee, soda, chocolate, Sprite, canned cola, Fanta, iced tea, orange and cherry juice, water, chips, and chocolate. Further restocking includes beer, malt, water, and non-alcoholic drinks.
