Location

The holiday residence is situated in a quiet bay directly on the long sand/pebble beach of Karaburun. The town of Alanya is 33 km away, Side 27 km and Manavgat 24 km. Taxi and minibus connections are available near the hotel. Antalya Airport is 90 km away.

The comfortable hotel complex of the Kirman Group features a total of 360 rooms spread over five floors with four panoramic lifts. Various amenities include the elegant reception hall with lobby, cozy seating areas, and an elegant lobby, a game hall, and Wi-Fi throughout the complex (included). The main restaurant with terrace, various à la carte restaurants (each with reservation subject to availability, included once for stays of at least 7 nights), various shops, a minimarket, a hairdresser, the wellness area (each for a fee), and an indoor pool with a separate children's pool are available. In the garden area, there is an amphitheater for evening events, a freshwater swimming pool with five water slides and a separate children's pool (heated in April and May), and a sun terrace with a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and bath towels are included for our guests by the pools and at the beach (with beach bar).

Double Room

The tastefully furnished rooms offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, one double bed and one single bed, direct-dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, air conditioning (centrally controlled, hourly), laminate and tiled floor, and balcony (D). Rooms with side or direct sea view can be booked for an additional charge (DMS/DM). DR=SR for single occupancy (DE/DES/DEM).

Family Room

With otherwise the same equipment as the double rooms, the family rooms feature an additional bedroom with a connecting door and a bathroom/WC (DF2).

Superior Double Room

The rooms consist of one double bed and one single bed, shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, bathrobe, slippers, pillow menu, air conditioning, digital satellite and LCD screen, IP TV, baby cot (optional), free safe, minibar, and electric kettle (tea and coffee), laminate floor, and balcony (DSU).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from rich buffets, late-riser breakfast, various snacks during the day, coffee/tea and cakes/pastries in the afternoon, as well as a midnight buffet. Various local alcoholic drinks, and in summer 2023 also some imported drinks and non-alcoholic drinks are included around the clock at the respective open bars, as well as drinks in the disco bar (11 p.m. to 2 a.m.). Premium minibar (The premium minibar contains a bottle of beer, malt, red wine bottle 37.5 cl, imported whiskey 20 cl, Nescafe Express Cold Coffee, soda, chocolate, Sprite, can of cola, Fanta, iced tea, orange and cherry juice, water, chips, chocolate on the arrival day, with further replenishment of beer, malt, water, and non-alcoholic drinks).
