Location

The holiday accommodation is located in a quiet bay directly on the long sand/pebble beach of Karaburun. The resort of Alanya is 33 km away, Side 27 km, and Manavgat 24 km. Taxis and minibuses are available nearby. Antalya Airport is 90 km away.

The comfortable Kirman Group hotel complex has a total of 360 rooms on five floors with four panoramic elevators. Facilities include an elegant reception hall with a reception area, comfortable seating, and an elegant lobby, a game hall, and Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. The main restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (each with reservation subject to availability, included once for stays of at least 7 nights), various shops, a mini-market, a hairdresser, and the wellness area (each for a fee), and an indoor pool with a separate children's pool. In the garden area, there is an amphitheater for evening entertainment, a freshwater swimming pool with five water slides and a separate children's pool (heated in April and May), and a sun terrace with a pool/snackbar. Sun loungers, cushions, umbrellas, and beach towels are included for our guests at the pools and on the beach (with beach bar).

Accommodation

Double Room

The tastefully furnished rooms offer a shower/toilet, hairdryer, a double and a single bed, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, air conditioning (hourly, central), laminate and tiled flooring, and a balcony (D). Rooms with side or direct sea view can be booked at an additional charge (DMS/DM). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (DE/DES/DEM).

Family Room

The family rooms, with all other equipment elements the same as the double rooms, have an additional bedroom with a connecting door and a bath/toilet (DF2).

Superior Double Room

The rooms consist of a double and a single bed, shower/toilet, hairdryer, telephone, bathrobe, slippers, pillow selection, air conditioning, digital satellite and LCD screen, IP TV, baby cot (optional), free safe, minibar, and kettle (tea and coffee), laminate flooring, and balcony (DSU).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from rich buffets, late risers' breakfast, various snacks during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, and a midnight buffet. Various local alcoholic beverages, in summer 2023 also some imported beverages and non-alcoholic drinks are included around the clock at the bars open at the time, as well as drinks in the disco bar (11 PM to 2 AM). Premium minibar (The premium minibar contains on arrival day a bottle of beer, malt, red wine bottle 37.5 cl, imported whisky 20 cl, Nescafe Express Cold Coffee, Soda, Chocolate, Sprite, can of Cola, Fanta, Iced Tea, Orange and Cherry Juice, Water, Chips, Chocolate, further refills with beer, malt, water and non-alcoholic drinks.
