Location

The holiday resort is located in a quiet bay directly on the long sand/pebble beach of Karaburun. The town of Alanya is 33 km away, Side 27 km and Manavgat 24 km. Taxi and minibus connections are available near the hotel. Antalya Airport is 90 km away.

The comfortable hotel complex of the Kirman Group has a total of 360 rooms on five floors with four panoramic elevators. Facilities include an elegant reception hall with a reception, cozy seating areas and an elegant lobby, game hall, Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. The main restaurant with terrace, various à la carte restaurants (each with reservation subject to availability, included once for stays of at least 7 nights), various shops, mini-market, hairdresser and the wellness area (each for a fee) and an indoor pool with a separate children's pool. In the garden area, there is the amphitheater for evening events, a freshwater swimming pool with five water slides and a separate children's pool (heated in April and May) and a sun terrace with a pool/snackbar. Sun loungers, mattresses, umbrellas and beach towels are included for our guests at the pools and on the beach (with beach bar).

Double room

The tastefully furnished rooms offer a shower/toilet, hairdryer, a double and a single bed, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, air conditioning (hourly, central), laminate and tiled floor and balcony (D). Rooms with a side or direct sea view can be booked at an additional charge (DMS/DM). Double room for single use (DE/DES/DEM).

Family room

The family rooms, with otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms, have an additional bedroom with a connecting door and a bath/toilet (DF2).

Double Room Superior

The rooms consist of a double bed and a single bed, shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, bathrobe, slippers, pillow selection, air conditioning, digital satellite and LCD screen, IP TV, baby cot (optional), free safe, minibar and kettle (tea and coffee), laminate flooring and balcony (DSU).

Breakfast, lunch and dinner from extensive buffets, late riser breakfast, various snacks during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, and a midnight buffet. Various local alcoholic, in summer 2023 also some imported drinks and non-alcoholic drinks are available around the clock at the bars open at any given time, as well as drinks in the discobar (11 PM to 2 AM) are included. Premium minibar (The Premium minibar contains on arrival day a bottle of beer, malt, red wine bottle 37.5 cl, imported whisky 20 cl, Nescafe Express Cold Coffee, Soda, Chocolate, Sprite, can of Cola, Fanta, Iced Tea, Orange and Cherry Juice, Water, Chips, Chocolate, further refills with beer, malt, water and non-alcoholic drinks.

Sports included
