The expansive adults-only hotel complex, with partial views of the sea and Mount Teide, is located in the "Playa Jardin" district and is only about 250m from the beach of the same name. Tenerife North Airport is approximately 25 km away, and Reina Sofia Airport is approximately 80 km away. The city center is reachable after about 1.5 km, and Loro Parque is about a 10-minute walk away. Teide National Park is located about 40 km away.

General facilities include 1 freshwater pool (heated) with a magnificent view of Mount Teide, 4 elevators for hotel guests, a buffet restaurant, 2 bars, an à-la-carte restaurant, and a sun terrace with views of the sea and Mount Teide. Wi-Fi is included in all rooms (S2).
