The extensive adults-only hotel complex, with some rooms offering sea and Teide views,
is located in the "Playa Jardin" district, only about 250m from the beach of the same name. Tenerife North Airport is approx. 25 km away, and Reina Sofia Airport is approx. 80 km away. The town center is about 1.5 km away and Loro Parque is about a 10-minute walk away. Teide National Park is approx. 40 km away.

The AluaSoul Orotava Valley is a hotel complex comprehensively modernized in 2021, standing out with its 9000 m² size and specifically designed for the relaxing comfort of guests who appreciate the facilities and services of an adults-only establishment. It consists of 5 buildings in the Canary style with a total of 202 suites. General facilities include 1 freshwater pool (heated) with a magnificent view of the Teide, 4 elevators for hotel guests, a buffet restaurant, 2 bars, an à la carte restaurant, and a sun terrace with views of the sea and the Teide. Bath towels (deposit required), loungers, and umbrellas by the pool are free of charge, as is the fitness room.

The modern and spacious suites, approximately 40m² in size, feature a separate bedroom with two single beds or one double bed, a living area, a bathroom with shower/toilet and hairdryer, air conditioning, a kettle with coffee and tea facilities, a safe (included), a mini-fridge (unstocked), satellite TV, telephone, and a furnished balcony or terrace facing the garden/land side. Wi-Fi is included in all rooms (S2).
Also available with Teide view (2SB) or sea view (2MA) for an extra charge.

When booking the "My Favourite Club" suite with sea view, the following services are included: Welcome minibar (stocked upon arrival with soft drinks, water, and beer), better location, SmartTV, premium toiletries, bathrobe, slippers, capsule coffee machine, private check-in/check-out, pillow menu (on request), exclusive lounge with drinks and snacks, exclusive and reserved area by the pool and in the restaurant, and wine upon arrival (2UM).

Non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, including cocktails (as per AI menu), are available from 11 AM to 11 PM at the open bar. Snacks, coffee, and tea are served from 11 AM to 6 PM at the pool bar.
Appropriate attire is requested for dinner (gentlemen in long trousers).
