Location

Located above the center. The sea water swimming pools and the center are about 800 m away via stairs or along the road, past numerous shops and restaurants. The botanical garden and the La Paz district are just a few minutes' walk away.

Facilities

The luxurious apartment complex with 11 interconnected buildings offers 287 residential units, an easily accessible pool with loungers and umbrellas (included), a separate children's pool (both pools are heated to approx. 24° Celsius), a snack bar, lounges, a laundry and ironing room, and a gym (for a fee). Wi-Fi throughout the complex is included.
All rooms have been modernized and equipped with new bedspreads, curtains, and LED reading lamps for individual reading.

They are bright, modern, and luxurious, e.g., with marble floors.
