Location

Located above the center. Approximately 800 m to the seawater swimming pools and the center via stairs or along the road, past numerous shops and restaurants. The botanical garden and the La Paz district are just a few minutes' walk away.

Facilities

The luxurious apartment complex with 11 interconnected buildings has 287 residential units, an easily accessible pool with loungers and umbrellas (included), a separate children's pool (both pools are heated - approx. 24° Celsius), a snack bar, lounge areas, a laundry and ironing room, and a sports hall (for a fee). Wi-Fi throughout the complex is included.
All rooms have been modernized and equipped with new bedspreads, curtains, and LED reading lamps for individual reading.

Studio (approx. 35 sqm)

They are friendly, modern, and luxurious, e.g. with marble floors.
Combined living/sleeping area with satellite TV, safe for rent, Wi-Fi (included), an integrated fully equipped kitchen with many modern appliances, as well as a telephone, balcony or terrace, shower/WC with hairdryer (S12).
Also available for single occupancy (S11).
Maximum occupancy 2 adults plus baby cot.
