Location

Situated above the town center. The seawater pools and the center are approx. 800 m away via stairs or along the road, past numerous shops and restaurants. The botanical garden and the La Paz district are just a few minutes' walk away.

Facilities

The luxurious apartment complex with 11 interconnected buildings features 287 units, an easily accessible pool with sun loungers and umbrellas (included), a separate children's pool (both pools heated to approx. 24° Celsius), snack bar, lounges, laundry and ironing room, and a gym (for a fee). Wi-Fi throughout the complex is included.
All rooms have been modernized and equipped with new bedspreads, curtains, and LED reading lamps for individual use.
