Location

The hotel is located in the south of Tenerife directly by the sea, in the quiet area of Playa Paraíso, and offers a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean and the island of La Gomera. The center of Costa Adeje with numerous shopping and entertainment options can be reached in approx. 10 minutes. A free shuttle bus is available several times daily (to Playa de Fañabé). It is approx. 12 km to Playa de las Américas, and Tenerife South Reina Sofia International Airport is approx. 25 km away. From the hotel, there is direct lift access to a small sandy cove.

The 3rd hotel of the Adrian family offers quality, a familiar atmosphere, and exclusive service, just like the Jardines de Nivaria and the Colón Guanahaní. The hotel has a total of 289 rooms and suites in 2 wings on the sides of the main building, where the general facilities are located. The hotel features 1 main restaurant (buffet), 2 specialty restaurants, 1 pool restaurant, and several bars. In the extensive subtropical garden area with a decorative watercourse, there is an artificial stream that extends along one part of the hotel. Furthermore, there are 2 pools: a freshwater pool and a saltwater pool (the latter heated year-round), a heated children's pool, and a whirlpool. A pool restaurant and a pool bar are available. 1,800 m² large spa area.

Double room

Spacious, approx. 35m² sunny rooms, equipped with exquisite modern comfort furniture, direct-dial telephone, satellite TV with music channels, air conditioning/heating, coffee and tea maker (refilled daily when booking AI included), minibar (only available with drinks packages/daily refill with All Inclusive), and safe (free of charge), bathroom with separate bathtub and shower, bidet, WC, hairdryer, and bathrobe. All rooms have a large furnished terrace or balcony (D).
Sea view can be booked for an extra charge (DM/DMI).

Double room Superior sea view

Same equipment as the double rooms, slightly larger at approx. 40m² and with a seating area, extra bed, as well as sea view (DMU).

Double room sea view "beautiful apartment" (Type B)

Same equipment as the double rooms, additionally located on the upper floors with a sea view. The bathroom has a bathtub with a separate shower (BDM).

Junior suites sea view

With the same equipment elements as the double rooms, the junior suites have either 2 bedrooms (separated by a door) or a bedroom with a visually separated living area as well as a sea view. These rooms have a size of 40-60m². Families with 2 adults and 2 children always receive a junior suite with 2 bedrooms (for other constellations only on customer request basis) (J2M).

Suites Superior sea view

Same equipment as the junior suites, additionally larger at approx. 65-75m² and with tea and coffee machine, also with sea view and furnished with exclusive designer furniture. The bedroom is separated from the living room by a door (UM2).

Double room Type A (TFSB61)

These correspond to the double rooms (DA). Also bookable with sea view for an extra charge (DMA/AME).

Breakfast and dinner in buffet form (international buffet) in the main restaurant with a large terrace and view of the Atlantic. Show cooking and homemade confectionery. Daily themed evenings, some with folklore.
We request appropriate attire for dinner (gentlemen in long trousers, closed shoes, and no sleeveless shirts).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet form.
AI guests can enjoy a 3-course menu in the restaurants "Burgos" (Spanish) and "Verona" (Italian) at no extra cost. Reservation at the reception necessary (limited capacity). Coffee and cake in the bar from 3 pm - 6 pm. Coffee, soft drinks, and beer at the pool bar from 10 am - 6 pm. Soft drinks, wine, beer, and national alcoholic beverages from 10 am - 6 pm and from 6 pm - 11 pm at the respective open bar. Daily refill of the minibar.

"RoniAventura" is a multi-adventure park divided into two areas. On one side, there is the volcano island with two heated pools, one for various activities, the other with 4 slides (one for the very little ones), a sunken ship, and various water sprayers and water games. The second area is intended for other activities. Here we can climb up a climbing wall, cross suspension bridges, and race down the slides. Furthermore, there are many other adventures to discover for every age group! While the little ones are busy, parents can relax on the large sun terrace with sun loungers, shaded areas, a bar, and a beautiful view of the Atlantic.
