Location

The hotel is located in the south of Tenerife, directly by the sea in the quiet district of Playa Paraíso, offering breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and the island of La Gomera. The center of Costa Adeje, with numerous shopping and entertainment options, can be reached in approx. 10 minutes. A free shuttle bus is available several times a day (to Playa de Fañabé). It is approx. 12 km to Playa de las Américas, and Tenerife South Reina Sofia International Airport is approx. 25 km away. The hotel offers direct elevator access to a small sandy cove.

As the third hotel in the Adrian family, it offers the same quality, friendly atmosphere, and exclusive service as the Jardines de Nivaria and Colón Guanahaní. The hotel features a total of 289 rooms and suites in 2 wings on either side of the main building, which houses the general facilities. The hotel has 1 main restaurant (buffet), 2 specialty restaurants, 1 pool restaurant, and several bars. Internet corner with 3 PCs (free of charge) and free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. In the expansive subtropical garden with waterfalls and fountains, there are 2 freshwater pools (one of which is heated year-round), 1 heated children's pool, and 1 whirlpool. A pool restaurant and a pool bar are available. 1800 m² spa area.

Double room

Spacious, sunny rooms (approx. 35 m²) equipped with exquisite modern comfort furniture, direct-dial telephone, satellite TV with music channels, air conditioning/heating, coffee and tea-making facilities (replenished daily when booking AI), minibar (only available with beverage packages/daily refill for All Inclusive), and safe (free of charge). Bathroom with separate bathtub and shower, bidet, WC, hairdryer, and bathrobe. All rooms have a large furnished terrace or balcony (D). Sea view available for an extra charge (DM/DMI). Also available for single use with sea view (DEM). Rooms with connecting doors available on request.

Superior double room with sea view

Same features as double rooms, slightly larger (approx. 40 m²) with seating area, extra bed, and sea view (DMU).

Double room sea view "beautiful apartment" (Type B)

Same features as double rooms, additionally located on the upper floors with sea view. The bathroom features a bathtub with a separate shower (BDM). (Additionally bookable under TFSB61 with code UPS or for single occupancy UPE)

Junior suites with sea view

With the same features as the double rooms, the junior suites have either 2 bedrooms (separated by a door) or a bedroom with a visually separated living area, as well as a sea view. These rooms are 40-60 m² in size. Families with 2 adults and 2 children always receive a junior suite with 2 bedrooms (other configurations only on customer request basis) (J2M).

Superior suites with sea view

Same features as the junior suites, additionally larger (approx. 65-75 m²) and with tea and coffee maker, also with sea view and furnished with exclusive designer furniture. The bedroom is separated from the living area by a door (UM2).

Double room Type A (TFSB61)

These correspond to the double rooms (DA). Also available with sea view for an extra charge (DMA/AME).

Breakfast and dinner in buffet style (international buffet) in the main restaurant with a large terrace and view of the Atlantic. Show cooking and homemade pastries. Daily theme evenings, some with folklore. Appropriate attire is requested for dinner (men in long trousers, closed shoes, and no sleeveless shirts).

All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet style. AI guests can enjoy a 3-course meal in the "Burgos" (Spanish) and "Verona" (Italian) restaurants at no extra cost. Reservation at the reception is required (limited capacity). Coffee and cake in the bar from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Coffee, soft drinks, and beer at the pool bar from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Soft drinks, wine, beer, and national alcoholic beverages from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. at the respective open bar. Daily refilling of the minibar.

Multi-adventure park "RoniAventura" (free admission): "RoniAventura" is a multi-adventure park divided into two areas. On one side is the volcanic island with two heated pools, one for various activities, the other with 4 slides (one for the little ones), a sunken ship, and various water sprayers and water games. The second area is designed for other activities. Here, you can climb a climbing wall, cross suspension bridges, and race down slides. There are also many more adventures to discover for every age group! While the little ones are occupied, parents can relax on the large sun terrace, with deck chairs, shaded areas, a bar, and beautiful views of the Atlantic.

"Azules de Nivaria" spa center covering approx. 1800 m² with Roman baths, Turkish bath, sauna, flotarium, hydromassage pool, various showers, relaxation zone, hairdresser, and beauty treatments (all by prior appointment and for a fee).
