Location

The hotel is located in the south of Tenerife, directly by the sea, in the quiet district of Playa Paraíso, and offers a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean and the island of La Gomera. The center of Costa Adeje with numerous shopping and entertainment facilities can be reached in approx. 10 minutes. A free shuttle bus is available several times a day (to Playa de Fañabé). Playa de las Américas is approx. 12 km away, and Tenerife South Reina Sofía International Airport is approx. 25 km away. The hotel offers direct lift access to a small sandy bay.

Like the Jardines de Nivaria and Colón Guanahaní, the 3rd hotel in the Adrian family offers quality, a family atmosphere, and exclusive service. The hotel has a total of 289 rooms and suites in 2 wings flanking the main building, where the common facilities are located. The hotel features 1 main buffet restaurant, 2 specialty restaurants, 1 pool restaurant, and several bars. Internet corner with 3 PCs (free of charge) and free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. The extensive subtropical garden area with waterfalls and fountains includes 1 heated seawater pool (27-29°C), 1 freshwater pool, 1 heated children's pool, and 1 whirlpool. A pool restaurant and a pool bar are available. A 1800 m² spa area.

Double Room

Spacious, approx. 35m², sunny rooms, equipped with select modern comfort furniture, direct dial telephone, satellite TV with music channels, air conditioning/heating, coffee and tea maker (refilled daily if AI booked), minibar (available with beverage packages only/refilled daily with All Inclusive), and safe (free of charge), bathroom with separate bathtub and shower, bidet, toilet, hairdryer, and bathrobe. All rooms have a large furnished terrace or balcony (D).

Double Room Superior Sea View

Same amenities as the double rooms, slightly larger at approx. 40m² and with a seating area, extra bed, and sea view (DMU).

Double Room Sea View “Beautiful Apartment” (Type B)

Same amenities as the double rooms, located on the upper floors with sea view. The bathroom has a bathtub with a separate shower (BDM).

Junior Suite Sea View

With the same amenities as the double rooms, the Junior Suites feature either 2 bedrooms (separated by a door) or one bedroom with a visually separated living area, as well as sea view. These rooms are 40-60m² in size. Families with 2 adults and 2 children will always receive a Junior Suite with 2 bedrooms (for other constellations, only on customer request) (J2M).

Suite Superior Sea View

Same amenities as the Junior Suites, additionally larger at approx. 65-75m² and with a tea and coffee machine, also with sea view and furnished with exclusive designer furniture. The bedroom is separated from the living area by a door (UM2).

Breakfast and dinner buffet (international buffet) in the main restaurant with a large terrace overlooking the Atlantic. Show cooking and homemade pastries. Daily theme nights, some with folklore.
Appropriate attire is requested for dinner (gentlemen in long trousers, closed shoes, and no sleeveless shirts).

AI guests can enjoy a 3-course menu at the "Burgos" (Spanish) and "Verona" (Italian) restaurants at no extra cost. Reservations at reception are required (limited capacity). Multiadventure Park "RoniAventura" (free admission):
"RoniAventura" is a multiadventure park divided into two areas. On one side, there is the volcanic island with two heated pools, one for various activities, the other with 4 slides (one for the little ones), a sunken ship, and various water sprayers and water games. The second area is for other activities. Here you can climb a climbing wall, cross suspension bridges, and go down slides. In addition, there are many other adventures to discover for every age group! While the little ones are entertained, parents can relax on the large sun terrace with loungers, shaded areas, a bar, and a beautiful view of the Atlantic.

Wellness

Spa Center "Azules de Nivaria" of approx. 1800 m² with Roman thermal baths, Turkish bath, sauna, flotarium, hydromassage pool, various showers, relaxation area, hairdresser, and beauty treatments (all by appointment and for a fee).
