The hotel is located approximately 500 m from the sandy beach "Playa El Camison" and right in the center of Playa de las Américas. Los Cristianos, at a distance of about 1.5 km, can be reached via the nearby promenade or by local bus. Shops and entertainment venues are in the vicinity.
Tenerife South Airport is approximately 18 km away and the nearest golf course is about 1 km away.

The Hotel Bitácora (last room renovation in Summer 2025) is ideal for a vacation with the family, as a couple, or with friends.
It features 314 rooms on 8 floors, a 24-hour reception, 5 elevators (1 of which is wheelchair accessible), a hair salon, an internet corner, a mini-club, a games room, a children's park, a buffet restaurant with an extra play area for children, a lounge bar, and a "Meeting Point" bar with a mini-disco.
The hotel is surrounded by a large subtropical garden containing 5 pools (1 pool with massage jets—for adults only), sun terraces with complimentary sun loungers and parasols, an integrated children's pool with 3 slides, a baby pool with a small slide, and a pool/snack bar.

Double Room Superior

These rooms with pool view are equipped the same as the double rooms but additionally offer a free safe as well as pool towels, bathrobes, and slippers (DSU). Also bookable as Type B with limited availability (PBD).

Double Room Pool View UP!

Equipped like the double rooms with pool view, but with the best view and best location (mostly on the top floors) and bookable for guests aged 18 and over. Also includes the following additional services: Access to the exclusive "UP Terrace" (18+) with infinity pool, whirlpool, additional premium drinks and cocktails, snacks, Wi-Fi, free tour of the wellness area (from 7 nights stay) including family SPA, priority check-in/out, one exclusive dinner, and dinner once a week (from 7 nights stay) on the UP terrace.
