It has 314 rooms on 8 floors, 24-hour reception, 5 elevators (1 of which is accessible), hairdresser, internet corner, kids' club, games room, children's park, buffet restaurant with a separate play area for children, bar lobby and bar "Meeting Point" with mini-disco.
The hotel is surrounded by a large subtropical garden with 5 pools (1 pool with massage jets - for adults only), sun terraces with free sun loungers and umbrellas, an integrated children's pool with 3 slides, a baby pool with a small slide, and a pool/snackbar.

Double Room

All rooms are approx. 38m² and have a fully equipped bathroom with hairdryer, satellite TV, telephone, mini-fridge (for a fee and with deposit for the key), rental safe, air conditioning, and balcony or terrace. Superior Double Room

The rooms with pool view are equipped the same as the double rooms, but additionally offer a free safe and pool towels, bathrobe, and slippers (DSU). Also bookable as type B with a limited quota (PBD).

Double Room Pool View UP!

Equipped like the Double Rooms with Pool View, but with the best view and location (mostly on the top floors) and bookable for ages 18+. In addition, the following extra services are included: Access to the exclusive "UP Terrace" (ages 18+) with infinity pool, jacuzzi, premium drinks and cocktails, snacks, Wi-Fi, a free guided tour of the wellness area (for stays of 7 nights or more) including family SPA, priority check-in/out, an exclusive dinner, dinner once a week (for stays of 7 nights or more) on the UP Terrace.
Further amenities in the rooms include a welcome gift, Nespresso machine (tea & coffee corner with capsules – refills are free upon request), bathrobe, slippers, and UP! pool towels, free safe, beach towels (D2U).
