Location

The beautiful apartment complex, consisting of the two sections Finca La Roseta and Apartments Borbolán, is a Schauinsland-Reisen original. Quietly and idyllically located in Valle Gran Rey, surrounded by banana plantations. The road through the valley is about 150 m away. The sea with a natural beach is approximately 400 m away, and the town center is about 500 m away. The typical restaurant "El Palmar" is located directly next door. Shops nearby.

The "Finca La Roseta" apartment building, unique in its architecture and in the Canarian style, has a total of 12 residential units varying in layout and size. The small and well-managed "Borbolán" apartment building has 7 residential units.
Both apartment buildings share a beautiful tropical fruit garden with a swimming pool, as well as a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas, which are available free of charge.
Wi-Fi is included in all apartments.

Apartment „La Roseta“ 1 bedroom

The very individually and rustically furnished apartments (approx. 40-46 m² depending on the apartment) with solid wood furniture feature a living room (sleeping accommodation for the 3rd person - small sofa bed), a separate bedroom with 2 single beds, a spacious and modernly equipped kitchenette, and satellite TV. All units have a beautiful marble bathroom and a furnished balcony with a side sea view (A12).

Apartment „Borbolán“ 1 bedroom

The apartments, approximately 35 m² in size, are located in terraced houses behind each other and are equipped with a living room with a sofa bed (sleeping accommodation for the 3rd person: small sofa bed), a separate bedroom with 2 single beds and a kitchenette, Wi-Fi (incl.), bathroom, and a furnished terrace.
Apartment Borbolán has a photovoltaic system and generates part of the electricity supply for the apartments itself (AB2).
