Location

The beautiful apartment complex, consisting of the two buildings Finca La Roseta and the Borbolán apartments, is a schauinsland-reisen original. Quietly and idyllically situated in Valle Gran Rey, surrounded by banana plantations. The road through the valley is located approximately 150 m away. It is about 400 m to the sea with its natural beach, and the town center is about 500 m away. The typical "El Palmar" restaurant is right next door. Shopping facilities are nearby.

The "Finca La Roseta" apartment house, unique in its architectural style and Canary charm, has a total of 12 residential units that vary in layout and size. The small and well-managed "Borbolán" apartment house has 7 units.
Both apartment houses share a beautiful tropical fruit garden with a swimming pool, as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols, which are provided free of charge.
Wi-Fi is included in all apartments.

"La Roseta" Apartment 1 BR

These highly individual and rustic apartments, furnished with solid wood furniture (approx. 40-46 m² depending on the apartment), are equipped with a living room (sleeping accommodation for the 3rd person: smaller sofa bed), a separate bedroom with 2 single beds, and a spacious, modern kitchenette, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi. All units feature a beautiful marble bathroom and a furnished balcony with partial sea views (A12).

"Borbolán" Apartment 1 BR

The approx. 35 m² apartments are located in terraced houses one behind the other and are equipped with a living room with sofa bed (sleeping accommodation for the 3rd person: smaller sofa bed), a separate bedroom with 2 single beds, a kitchenette, Wi-Fi (incl.), bathroom, and a furnished terrace.
The Borbolán apartment complex has a photovoltaic system and produces a portion of its own electricity (AB2).
Also available to book for single occupancy (AB1).

A small, detached house within the complex, equipped like the "Borbolán" Type B apartments, but additionally featuring a 2nd bedroom (22B).
