The beautiful apartment complex, consisting of the two sections Finca La Roseta and Borbolán Apartments, is a schauinsland-reisen original. Quietly and idyllically located in Valle Gran Rey, surrounded by banana plantations. The road through the valley runs about 150 m away. The sea with a natural beach is about 400 m away, and the town center is about 500 m away. The typical restaurant "El Palmar" is located right next door. Shops nearby.

The uniquely designed "Finca La Roseta" apartment building in the Canarian style has a total of 12 accommodation units, varying in layout and size. The small and well-managed "Borbolán" apartment building has 7 units.
Both apartment buildings share a beautiful tropical fruit garden with a swimming pool, as well as a sun terrace with loungers and parasols, which are available free of charge.
Wi-Fi is included in all apartments.

The extremely individually and rustically furnished apartments (approx. 40-46 sqm depending on the apartment) with solid wood furniture are equipped with a living room (sleeping possibility for the 3rd person - small sofa bed), a separate bedroom with 2 single beds, and a spacious and modernly equipped kitchenette and satellite TV. All units have a beautiful marble bathroom and a furnished balcony with a side sea view (A12).

Apartment Borbolán has a photovoltaic system and produces part of the electricity supply for the apartments itself (AB2).
