The apartment complex is centrally located, about 150 m from the beach promenade and about 400 m from the beach (accessible via stairs).
The "La Sandia" shopping center with a supermarket, bars, and restaurants is about 100 m away. Other shopping centers such as "Yumbo" and "Cita" can be reached in a few minutes' walk.
A bus stop is located in the vicinity.

The small, popular complex has 28 units spread over 4 floors and a reception area (staffed during limited hours).
Wi-Fi is available for a fee.
The outdoor area features a swimming pool (heated by solar energy in winter), a separate children's pool, and a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas.

1 Bedroom Apartment

The apartments are cheerfully furnished with a combined living/sleeping area with a sleeping option for the 3rd person, a separate bedroom, a kitchenette with an induction hob and fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster, a bathroom with shower/WC, flat-screen satellite TV and safe (included), as well as a large furnished balcony or terrace.
(Preferred placement of balcony or terrace is only possible as a non-binding customer request).
As a small welcome gift, a bottle of water is provided in your apartment upon arrival (A12).

2 Bedroom Apartment

These apartments are equipped the same as the 1-bedroom apartments but have a 2nd separate bedroom and a sleeping option for the 5th person (A22).
