The apartment complex is centrally located, approx. 150 m from the beach promenade and approx. 400 m from the beach (accessible via stairs).
The "La Sandia" shopping center with a supermarket, bars, and restaurants is about 100 m away. Other shopping centers such as "Yumbo" and "Cita" can be reached in just a few minutes on foot.
There is a bus stop in the immediate vicinity.

Facilities

The small, popular complex has 28 units spread over 4 floors and a lobby area with reception (staffed hourly during the day).
Wi-Fi is available for a fee.
In the outdoor area, there is a swimming pool (heatable in winter with solar energy), a separate children's pool, and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols.

1-bedroom apartment

The apartments are pleasantly furnished and feature a combined living/bedroom with sleeping accommodation for the 3rd person, a separate bedroom, a kitchenette with an induction hob and fridge-freezer combination, microwave, coffee machine, and toaster, a bathroom with shower/WC, flat-screen satellite TV, and safe (included), as well as a large furnished balcony or large terrace.
(Preferred room type regarding balcony or terrace is only possible as a non-binding customer request).
As a small welcome gift, a bottle of water will be ready for you in your apartment upon arrival (A12).

2-bedroom apartment

Equipped the same as the 1-bedroom apartments, but featuring a 2nd separate bedroom and sleeping accommodation for the 5th person (A22).
