The apartment complex is centrally located, approx. 150 m to the beach promenade and approx. 400 m from the beach (accessible via stairs).
The shopping center "La Sandia" with a supermarket, bars and restaurants is about 100 m away. Other shopping centers like "Yumbo" and "Cita" can be reached in a few minutes on foot.
A bus stop is located in the vicinity.

The small, popular complex has 28 units spread over 4 floors and a reception area with a reception (staffed during limited hours).
Wi-Fi is available for a fee.
The outdoor area features a swimming pool (heated in winter with solar energy), a separate children's pool, and a sun terrace with loungers and parasols.

The apartments are friendly furnished with a combined living/sleeping area with a sleeping facility for the 3rd person, a separate bedroom, a kitchenette with an induction hob and fridge-freezer combination, microwave, coffee machine and toaster, a bathroom with shower/WC, flat-screen satellite TV and safe (included), and a large furnished balcony or a large terrace.
(Preferred arrangement regarding balcony or terrace is only possible as a non-binding customer request).
A small welcome gift of 1 bottle of water will be provided in your apartment upon arrival (A12).
