This small, comfortable duplex complex is located on a slight hill above the sandy beach of Jandia.
The beach can be reached in approx. 150 m via stairs and a short walk. Shops and entertainment facilities, as well as restaurants and bars, are approx. 500 meters away.
The airport is approx. 83 km away.

The well-maintained complex has 27 units.
Reception (open for a few hours during the day) with a small reception area. Free Wi-Fi available in the reception area.

The duplex apartments are bright and modernly furnished and have a living/sleeping area on the lower level with a sleeping option for the extra person.
Fully equipped kitchenette, microwave, free satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, safe for rent, and a furnished terrace with sun loungers and a whirlpool. The upper floor, reached by stairs, contains the bedroom with air conditioning, a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, and a balcony with a sea view (QX2).
