This small, comfortable duplex complex is situated on a gentle slope above the sandy beach of Jandia.
The beach can be reached in approx. 150 m via stairs and a short walk. Shops, entertainment, restaurants, and bars are approx. 500 meters away.
The airport is approx. 83 km away.

Facilities

The well-maintained complex features 27 units and a reception (open for limited hours during the day) with a small lobby. Free Wi-Fi is available in the reception area.
The outdoor area includes a sun terrace with a swimming pool and loungers.
Bathrobes and beach towels are available for a deposit.

Duplex Sea View Whirlpool

The duplex apartments are bright and modern and feature on the lower level a living/sleeping area with a sofa bed for an extra person, a fully equipped kitchenette, microwave, free satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, a safe (for a fee), a bathroom with shower/WC, and a furnished terrace with loungers and a whirlpool. The upper floor, reached by stairs, contains the bedroom with air conditioning, another bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, and a balcony with sea views (QX2).
Also available for single occupancy (QX1).

Apartment Sea View 1 Bedroom

The apartments are bright and modern and feature a living/sleeping area with a sofa bed for an extra person, a kitchenette, microwave, air conditioning, free satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, a safe (for a fee), a separate bedroom, bathroom with shower/WC, and a furnished balcony with sea views.
