Location

This small, comfortable boutique complex is situated on a slight hill above the sandy beach of Jandia.
The beach can be reached in approx. 150 m via a staircase and a short footpath. Shopping and entertainment options as well as restaurants and bars are approx. 500 meters away.
The airport is approx. 83 km away.

Facilities

The well-maintained complex has 27 units and a reception (open for a few hours during the day) with a small reception area. Free Wi-Fi is available in the reception area.
In the outdoor area, there is a sun terrace with a swimming pool and sun loungers.
Bathrobes and beach towels are available for a deposit.

Duplex Sea View Whirlpool

The duplex apartments are brightly and modernly furnished and feature a living/bedroom area on the lower level with sleeping accommodation for an extra person, a fully equipped kitchenette, microwave, satellite TV (free), Wi-Fi (free), rental safe, a bathroom with shower/WC, and a furnished terrace with sun loungers and a whirlpool. On the upper floor, accessible via stairs, is the bedroom with air conditioning, another bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, and a balcony with a view of the sea (QX2).
Also bookable for single use (QX1).

Apartment Sea View 1 Bedroom

The apartments are brightly and modernly furnished and feature a living-bedroom with sleeping accommodation for an extra person, a kitchenette, microwave, air conditioning, satellite TV (free), Wi-Fi (free), rental safe, a separate bedroom, bathroom with shower/WC, and a furnished balcony with sea view. These apartments are located in the building at the front (2AM).
