Location

The holiday village is located above the sea in the small town of Tolleric on the cliffs of Cabo Regana, situated in a beautiful green setting surrounded by pine trees. A bathing plateau can be reached via a steep staircase (360 steps). The long, fine sandy beach of El Arenal/Playa de Palma is approximately 11 km away.

Facilities

The popular holiday complex has 327 residential units and consists of 327 bungalows. The club offers its guests a central reception, 3 bars, a restaurant, TV room, mini-market, and a laundromat (for a fee). In the beautifully landscaped and spacious grounds, there are three freshwater pools, three separate children's pools, a water slide for children up to 12 years old, and a renovated bar with a stage and outdoor seating area.

The double rooms are renovated and functionally furnished with two single beds, shower/WC, and a rental safe for a fee (D). Room size: approx. 14m²

Super-saver room

With the same facilities as the double rooms, these are slightly smaller and not renovated. They are available at a more favorable price and with limited availability (SSZ). Room size: approx. 12m²

Bungalow

The bungalows are not renovated and are equipped with two single beds, a sofa bed, shower/WC, rental safe (for a fee), and a terrace (BU). Room size: approx. 25m²
Also available with a sea view (B2M), two bedrooms (B24), or for single use (B11) for an additional charge.

Bungalow Superior

With the same facilities as the bungalows, these are renovated (2BU).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet form. Snacks and sandwiches from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Ibiza bar; local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, coffee, and tea at the bars from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM (except in the disco).
Wearing a wristband is necessary to take advantage of the All Inclusive services.

Destination information

A tourism tax, comparable to a local tourist tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is € 2.20 - € 4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person for guests aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the fee is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (Nov 1st - Apr 30th), the fee is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the person booking the trip is obliged to ask about any additional applicable conditions via Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before finalizing the booking.
