Location

The holiday village is situated above the sea in the small town of Tolleric, on the steep coast of Cabo Regana, in a beautiful green location surrounded by pine trees. A bathing plateau can be reached via a steep staircase (360 steps). It is approx. 11 km to the long, fine sandy beach of El Arenal/Playa de Palma.

Facilities

The popular holiday complex has 327 accommodation units and consists of 327 bungalows. The club offers its guests a central reception, 3 bars, a restaurant, a TV room, a mini-market, and a laundromat (for a fee). In the beautifully landscaped and spacious outdoor area, there are three freshwater pools, three separate children's pools, a water slide for children up to 12 years old, and a renovated bar with a stage and outdoor seating area.

Double room

The double rooms are renovated and functionally furnished with two single beds, shower/WC, and a rental safe for a fee (D). Room size: approx. 14m².

Super saver room

With the same facilities as the double rooms, these are slightly smaller and not renovated. They can be booked at a lower price and with limited availability (SSZ). Room size: approx. 12m².

Bungalow

The bungalows are not renovated and equipped with two single beds, a sofa bed, shower/WC, rental safe (for a fee), and a terrace (BU). Room size: approx. 25m².
Also available with sea view (B2M), with two bedrooms (B24), or for single use (B11) for an extra charge.

Bungalow Superior

With the same facilities as the bungalows, these are renovated (2BU).

Family bungalow

With the same facilities as the bungalows, these are larger and more spacious (FB2). Room size: approx. 30m².
Also available renovated for an extra charge (2BF).

Studio

With the same facilities as the double rooms, these are more spacious and additionally feature a kitchenette (S12). Room size: approx. 30 m².
Also available with sea view (SM2) for an extra charge.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet form. Snacks and sandwiches from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Ibiza Bar, local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, coffee, and tea at the bars from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM (except in the disco).
Wearing a wristband is necessary to take advantage of the All-Inclusive services.

Destination information

A tourism tax, comparable to a local visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is € 2.20-4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person for guests aged 16 and older.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the person making the booking is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions via Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
