Location
Perched above the sea in the village of Tolleric on the cliff coast of Cabo Regana, the holiday village is set in a beautiful, green location surrounded by pine trees. A steep staircase (360 steps) leads down to a bathing platform. The long, fine sandy beach of El Arenal/Playa de Palma is approximately 11 km away.
Facilities
The popular holiday complex features 327 accommodation units and consists of 327 bungalows. The club offers its guests a central reception, 3 bars, a restaurant, a TV room, a mini-market, and a launderette (for a fee). The beautifully landscaped and spacious outdoor area includes three freshwater pools, three separate children's pools, a water slide for children up to 12 years old, a renovated bar with a stage, and outdoor seating.

The double rooms have been renovated and are functionally furnished with two single beds, a shower/WC, and a safe for rent (D). Room size: approx. 14m²
Economy Double Room
With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are slightly smaller and not renovated. They are available at a lower price and with limited availability (SSZ). Room size: approx. 12m²
Bungalow
The bungalows are not renovated and are equipped with two single beds, a sofa bed, shower/WC, a safe for rent (for a fee), and a terrace (BU). Room size: approx. 25m²
Also available at an additional charge with sea view (B2M), with two bedrooms (B24), or for single occupancy (B11).
Superior Bungalow
With the same amenities as the bungalows, these have been renovated (2BU).
Family Bungalow
With the same amenities as the bungalows, these are larger and more spacious (FB2). Room size: approx. 30m²

Studio
With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are more spacious and also feature a kitchenette (S12). Room size: approx. 30 m²

Buffet-style breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Snacks and sandwiches available from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Ibiza bar, local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, coffee, and tea at the bars from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM (excluding the disco).
A wristband is required to access All-Inclusive services.

Due to its size and gradient, the hotel is not suitable for guests with limited mobility. There are no accessible rooms.

Destination information
A tourist tax, similar to a visitor's tax, must be paid locally by the guest.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay at the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
During the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Solo traveling minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions via schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
