Location

The holiday village is situated in a beautiful green setting surrounded by pine trees above the sea in the small town of Tolleric on the cliffs of Cabo Regana. A bathing plateau can be reached via a steep staircase (360 steps). The long, fine sandy beach of El Arenal/Playa de Palma is approx. 11 km away.

Facilities

This popular holiday complex features 327 accommodation units consisting of 327 bungalows. The club offers its guests a central reception, 3 bars, a restaurant, a TV room, a mini-market, and a launderette (for a fee). In the beautifully landscaped and spacious grounds, there are three freshwater pools, three separate children's pools, a water slide for children up to 12 years old, and a renovated bar with a stage and outdoor seating area.

Double room

The double rooms are renovated and functionally furnished with two single beds, shower/WC, and a rental safe for a fee (D). Room size: approx. 14m²

Super saver room

With the same features as the double rooms, these are slightly smaller and not renovated. They are available at a lower price and with limited availability (SSZ). Room size: approx. 12m²

Bungalow

The bungalows are not renovated and equipped with two single beds, a sofa bed, shower/WC, rental safe (for a fee), and a terrace (BU). Room size: approx. 25m²
Also available at an extra charge with sea view (B2M), with two bedrooms (B24), or for single occupancy (B11).

Bungalow Superior

These are renovated but have the same equipment as the standard bungalows (2BU).

Family bungalow

These are larger and more spacious than the standard bungalows (FB2). Room size: approx. 30m²

Studio

These are more spacious than the double rooms and additionally feature a kitchenette (S12). Room size: approx. 30 m²

Destination information

A tourism tax, similar to a local visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it costs € 2.20-4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person for guests 16 years and older.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (Nov 1 - Apr 30), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the person making the booking is obliged to enquire about any additional applicable conditions via Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
