· Pick-up/Drop-off: exclusively from/to the airport
. Opening hours: Car rental pick-up is possible between 11 PM and 6 AM, however, a "night surcharge" of €40 is charged on site. This also applies if the pick-up in this time window is due to reasons not attributable to the customer. The Record Go counter is located in the arrival hall (after leaving the hall with the baggage carousels).
Car rental return is guaranteed at any time (even at night) (key return in a mailbox in the car park). Further information will be provided on site.

The car rentals are obligatorily offered in the smallest category.

Sum insured up to €50 million,
Comprehensive insurance without excess:
Underbody, tire, glass, clutch, and engine damage are not covered.
Damage insurance:
Underbody, tire, glass, and clutch damage insurance can be purchased on site.
Insurance Information:
• The basis for insurance coverage are the local legal regulations and contract conditions.
• Traffic fines, towing costs, and fuel are at the renter's expense.
• Accidents, thefts, and damage due to vandalism must be reported immediately to the police and the rental company.
• Damage from incorrect refueling, lost/damaged keys/remote controls are not insured and cannot be insured.
• If damage or theft is caused by gross negligence, insurance coverage is void.

Note

Driver:
Minimum age 19 years and at least 1 year of driving experience. Drivers aged 19-20 pay a surcharge of currently €9/day (max. €108), drivers aged 21-24 pay a surcharge of €7/day (max. €84) on site.
Additional driver: €7.95 per day, max. €95.40
Fuel policy: Pick-up with a full tank, return with a full tank.
A valid credit card is absolutely required for car pick-up. Only VISA or MASTERCARD are accepted. Debit cards, EC cards, or cash are not accepted. Upon pick-up of the rental car, the credit card will be charged with a security deposit equal to the value of a full tank, which will be automatically rebooked upon proper return of the car.
Fees: per child seat: €10/day (max. €120)
Breakdown service: 24-hour breakdown service in English and Spanish

• Rental prices are based on a 24-hour period from the start of the rental.
• Drivers must possess a valid driving license.
• When booking a rental car, all flight schedule information must be entered. Changes to flight times for the outward and return journeys must be reported immediately.
• Prices for additional services bookable on-site or taxes payable on-site may change without our being informed.
Price changes cannot be excluded.

Additional Note

A tourism tax, comparable to a tourist tax, is to be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before finalizing the booking.
