On a slightly sloping street in Paguera. The town center with shopping and entertainment facilities is about 300m away, the sandy beach approx. 400m.

The comfortable family hotel with a main and adjoining building offers 359 rooms, many of which have recently been renovated with great care and now combine modern living comfort with a family atmosphere. The main building offers a large lobby with reception, two bars and a buffet restaurant as well as the Italian restaurant "Felicitas". In the extensive garden with old trees, there are three new pools with sun terraces, loungers, umbrellas and Balinese beds, sunbathing lawns, as well as a pool bar and an adults-only bar. The adjoining building (not renovated) can be reached by stairs or an elevator. In the outdoor area of the adjoining building, there is another pool with a sun terrace and a pool/snack bar with a terrace and fantastic sea views (different areas and pools for families and exclusively for adults).

Double Room Deluxe

The rooms, renovated for Summer 2025 (approx. 18 sqm), are equipped with bath/shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning/heating (central), ceiling fan, smart TV, telephone, safe for rent, pool towels and a balcony or terrace (DD2).
Also bookable for single occupancy at an additional charge (DD1).

Double Room Silver

These rooms are more spacious (approx. 21 sqm) than the Deluxe Double Rooms with the same amenities and feature one or two armchairs or sofa beds (DAS).

Double Room Gold

These rooms have the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, feature a sofa bed and have a balcony or terrace, but are not renovated (DNR).

Double Room Gold with French Balcony

These rooms have the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, feature a sofa bed and have a French balcony (FBD).

1 Bedroom Apartment (PMIC71)

These apartments are not renovated, are located in the adjoining building and are accessible by elevator. They have a separate bedroom and are equipped with a kitchenette, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, TV, telephone, safe for rent, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, shower, bath/WC, hairdryer and a balcony (A12).
Also bookable with garden view (A2G) or sea view (2AM)

Apartment Garden View (PMI494)

The apartments are located in the adjoining building (not renovated). They have a separate bedroom and a living/dining area with a sofa bed and kitchenette, TV, telephone, safe for rent, air conditioning, bath/shower/WC, hairdryer and a balcony (A2G, room size approx. 35 sqm). Also bookable with sea view for an additional charge (2AM).

Selection of quality wines with designation of origin with dinner. 1 à la carte dinner at the "Felicitas" restaurant included for stays of 7 nights or more (reservation required at reception). International alcoholic and non-alcoholic premium drinks from 10 am to midnight. A bottle of champagne awaits guests in their room upon arrival. The safe and pool towels are also included. To make the departure day as pleasant as possible for guests, late check-out until 3 pm is included, depending on availability.

Additional Note

A tourist tax, comparable to a spa tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-4.40 € (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the fee is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the fee is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not legal guardians, the booking registrant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
