This comfortable family hotel, consisting of a main building and an annex, offers 359 rooms, many of which have been recently and carefully renovated, combining modern living comfort with a familiar atmosphere. The main building features a large lobby with reception, two bars, a buffet restaurant, as well as the Italian restaurant "Felicitas". In the spacious garden with mature trees, there are three new pools with sun terraces, sun loungers, parasols, Bali beds, sunbathing lawns, as well as a pool snack bar and an Only Adults bar. The annex (not renovated) can be accessed via stairs or a lift. In the outdoor area of the annex, there is another pool with a sun terrace and a pool/snack bar with a terrace and stunning sea views (various areas and pools for families and exclusively for adults).

Deluxe Double Room

The rooms, renovated for summer 2025 (approx. 18 m²), are equipped with bath/shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning/heating (central), ceiling fan, Smart TV, telephone, minibar, rental safe, pool towels, as well as a balcony or terrace, and are located in the adults-only area (DD2).
Available for single occupancy at an extra charge (DD1). Bookable from 16 years of age.

Silver Double Room

With the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, these are more spacious (approx. 21 m²) and feature one or two sleeping armchairs or a sofa bed (DAS).

Gold Double Room

Feature the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms with a sofa bed and a balcony or terrace, but are not renovated (DNR).

Gold Double Room with French Balcony

Feature the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms with a sofa bed and a French balcony (FBD).

1 Bedroom Apartment (PMIC71)

These apartments are not renovated, are located in the annex, and are accessible by elevator. They have a separate bedroom and are equipped with a kitchenette, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, TV, telephone, rental safe, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, shower, bath/WC, hairdryer, and a balcony (A12).
Also available with garden view (A2G) or sea view (2AM).

Apartment Garden View (PMI494)

The apartments are located in the annex (not renovated). They have a separate bedroom as well as a living/dining area with a sofa bed and kitchenette, TV, telephone, rental safe, air conditioning, bath/shower/WC, hairdryer, and a balcony (A2G, room size approx. 35 m²). Available with sea view (2AM) for an extra charge.

For dinner, a selection of quality wines with designation of origin. 1 à-la-carte dinner in the restaurant "Felicitas" included for stays of 7 nights or more (reservation at the reception required). International alcoholic and non-alcoholic premium drinks from 10 am to 12 am. Upon arrival, guests will find a bottle of champagne in their room. Additionally, the safe and pool towels are included. To make the departure day as pleasant as possible for our guests, a late check-out until 3 pm is included, subject to availability.

Destination information

A tourism tax, comparable to a visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it amounts to € 2.20-4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Minors travelling alone are not permitted. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the person making the booking is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions via Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
