This comfortable family hotel with a main building and annex offers 359 rooms, many of which have been recently renovated with great care to combine modern living comfort with a familiar atmosphere. The main building offers a large lobby with a reception, two bars, a buffet restaurant, as well as the Italian restaurant "Felicitas". In the spacious garden with mature trees, there are three new pools with sun terraces, loungers, umbrellas, and Balinese beds, sunbathing areas, as well as a pool snack bar and an "Adults Only" bar. The annex building (not renovated) can be reached via stairs or a lift. In the outdoor area of the annex, there is another pool with a sun terrace and a pool/snack bar with a terrace and a fantastic sea view (various areas and pools for families and exclusively for adults).

Deluxe Double Room

Renovated for the summer of 2025, these rooms (approx. 18 m²) are equipped with bath/shower/WC, hairdryer, central air conditioning/heating, ceiling fan, Smart TV, telephone, safe (rental), pool towels, and a balcony or terrace, and are located in the Adults Only area (DD2).
Available for single occupancy for an additional charge (DD1). Bookable from 16 years of age.

Silver Double Room

Featuring the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, these are more spacious (approx. 21 m²) and include one or two sleeper chairs or a sofa bed (DAS).

Gold Double Room

Featuring the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, these have a sofa bed and a balcony or terrace, but are not renovated (DNR).

Gold Double Room with French Balcony

Featuring the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, these have a sofa bed and a French balcony (FBD).

Apartment 1 Bedroom (PMIC71)

These apartments are not renovated, are located in the annex building, and are accessible via an elevator. They feature a separate bedroom and are equipped with a kitchenette, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, TV, telephone, safe (rental), air conditioning, Wi-Fi, shower, bath/WC, hairdryer, and a balcony (A12).
Also available with garden view (A2G) or sea view (2AM).

Apartment Garden View (PMI494)

The apartments are located in the annex building (not renovated). They feature a separate bedroom as well as a living/dining area with a sofa bed and kitchenette, TV, telephone, safe (rental), air conditioning, bath/shower/WC, hairdryer, and a balcony (A2G, room size approx. 35 m²). Available with sea view (2AM) for an additional charge.

For dinner, a selection of quality wines with designation of origin is included. 1 à la carte dinner at the "Felicitas" restaurant is included for stays of 7 nights or more (reservation at the reception required). International alcoholic and non-alcoholic premium drinks from 10:00 am - 12:00 am. Upon arrival, guests are greeted with a bottle of champagne in their room. Additionally, the safe and pool towels are included. To make the departure day as pleasant as possible, a late check-out until 3:00 pm is included, subject to availability.

Destination information

A tourism tax, comparable to a local tourist tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is € 2.20-4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person for those aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (Nov 1 - Apr 30), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not legal guardians, the person making the booking is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions via Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
