Located on a slight incline in Paguera. The town center with shopping and entertainment facilities is about 300m away, the sandy beach approx. 400m.

The comfortable family hotel with a main and an adjacent building offers 359 rooms, many of which have recently been renovated with great care and now combine modern living comfort with a family atmosphere. The main building offers a large lobby with a reception, two bars, and a buffet restaurant, as well as the Italian restaurant "Felicitas". In the extensive garden with old trees, there are three new pools with sun terraces, loungers, umbrellas, and Bali beds, sunbathing lawns, as well as a pool snack bar and an adults-only bar. The adjacent building (not renovated) can be reached by stairs or lift. The outdoor area of the adjacent building has another pool with a sun terrace and a pool/snack bar with a terrace and a fantastic sea view (different areas and pools for families and exclusively for adults).

The rooms, renovated for Summer 2025 (approx. 18 sqm), are equipped with bath/shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning/heating (central), ceiling fan, Smart TV, telephone, safety deposit box (for a fee), pool towels, and a balcony or terrace (DD2).
Also available for single occupancy at an additional charge (DD1).

With the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Room, these rooms are more spacious (approx. 21 sqm) and feature one or two armchair beds or sofa beds (DAS).

With the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Room, these rooms feature a sofa bed and a balcony or terrace, but have not been renovated (DNR).

With the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Room, these rooms feature a sofa bed and a French balcony (FBD).

These apartments are not renovated, are located in the adjacent building, and are accessible by elevator. The apartments are located in the adjacent building (not renovated). Also bookable with sea view at an additional charge (2AM).

International alcoholic and non-alcoholic premium beverages from 10 am to midnight. Upon arrival, guests will be greeted with a bottle of champagne in their room. Additionally, the safe and pool towels are included. To make guests' departure day as pleasant as possible, a late check-out until 3 pm is included, subject to availability.

A tourism tax, comparable to a visitor's tax, must be paid locally by the guest.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the fee is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the fee is reduced by 75%.
