The hotel is located in Can Pastilla, just 5 minutes from Palma Airport and 10 minutes from Palma city center, offering an ideal base for exploring the island. The beach is approximately 200 m away and within easy walking distance. Shopping and entertainment options are located nearby. A public bus connection to Palma is also available.

Facilities

Fully renovated for summer 2026 and now operated under the name Alua Linda Mallorca as a 4-star hotel, the property offers 189 modern rooms that combine comfort with a Mediterranean style. Guests have access to a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a buffet restaurant serving national and international cuisine, a snack bar, and a lobby bar. The outdoor area features two pools—a main pool and a relaxation pool—along with a spacious outdoor area with a sun terrace and a beautifully landscaped garden.

Renovated for summer 2026, the Mediterranean-style double rooms are equipped with two single beds or one double bed, bathroom/shower/WC, hairdryer, mirror, toiletries, satellite TV, telephone, kettle with a selection of teas, refrigerator with a welcome water bottle, air conditioning, safe, Wi-Fi, and a furnished balcony. (D) Room size approx. 25 m².
Also available for single use (DE) for an additional charge.

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are available with a pool view (PD). Room size approx. 25 m².

Breakfast served in buffet style with themed stations, a healthy corner, and fresh fruit. Destination information

A tourism tax, comparable to a visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, this amounts to € 2.20–4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person for guests aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
