The hotel is located in Can Pastilla, just 5 minutes from Palma Airport and 10 minutes from Palma city, offering a perfect base for exploring the island. The beach is approximately 200 m away and easily accessible on foot. Shops and entertainment venues are nearby. A public bus service to Palma is also available.

Fully renovated for Summer 2026 and now operating as a 4-star hotel under the name Alua Linda Mallorca, the hotel offers 189 modern rooms that blend comfort with Mediterranean style. Guests have access to a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a buffet restaurant serving national and international cuisine, a snack bar, and a lobby bar. The outdoor area features two pools – a main pool and a relaxation pool – as well as a spacious outdoor area with a sun terrace and a beautifully landscaped garden.

Additional Information

A tourism tax, similar to a city tax, is payable by the guest locally.
Depending on the hotel category, this amounts to €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay at the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
During the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
