Location

The hotel is located in Can Pastilla, just 5 minutes from Palma Airport and 10 minutes from Palma city, offering a perfect base for exploring the island. The beach is about 200m away and easily accessible on foot. Shops and entertainment venues are nearby. A public bus service to Palma is also available.

Facilities

The hotel, completely renovated for Summer 2026 and now operating as a 4-star hotel under the name Alua Linda Mallorca, offers 189 modern rooms that combine comfort with Mediterranean style. Guests have access to a lobby with a 24-hour reception, two buffet restaurants serving national and international cuisine, and a bar. The outdoor area features two pools – a main pool and a relaxation pool – as well as a spacious outdoor area with a sun terrace and a beautifully landscaped garden.

The double rooms, renovated for Summer 2026 in Mediterranean style, are equipped with two single beds or one double bed, bathroom/shower/toilet, hairdryer, mirror, toiletries, satellite TV, telephone, kettle with tea selection, refrigerator with welcome water bottle, air conditioning, safe, Wi-Fi, and a furnished balcony. (D) Room size approx. 25 sqm.
Also available for single use (DE) at an extra charge.

Double room with pool view

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these can be booked with a pool view (PD). Room size approx. 25 sqm.
Also available for single use (PDE) or as a single/child room (PDK) at an extra charge.

Additional Information

A tourist tax, comparable to a city tax, is to be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
