The hotel, fully renovated for summer 2026 and now operated as a 4-star hotel under the name Alua Linda Mallorca, offers 189 modern rooms that combine comfort with a Mediterranean style. Guests have access to a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a buffet restaurant serving national and international cuisine, a snack bar, and a lobby bar. The outdoor area features two pools—a main pool and a relaxation pool—as well as a spacious outdoor area with a sun terrace and a beautifully landscaped garden.

Renovated for summer 2026, these Mediterranean-style double rooms are equipped with two single beds, bath/shower/WC, hairdryer, mirror, toiletries, satellite TV, telephone, kettle with a tea selection, refrigerator with a welcome water bottle, air conditioning, safe, Wi-Fi, and a furnished balcony. (D) Room size approx. 25 m².
Also available for single use (DE) for an additional charge.

Destination information

A tourist tax, comparable to a spa tax, must be paid by the guest locally.
Depending on the hotel category, it amounts to € 2.20-4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person from age 16.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
