Location

The hotel is located in Can Pastilla, just 5 minutes from Palma airport and 10 minutes from Palma city center, providing a perfect base for exploring the island. The beach is approximately 200 m away and is easily accessible on foot. Shopping and entertainment options are nearby. A public bus connection to Palma is also available.

Facilities

Fully renovated for summer 2026 and now operating under the name Alua Linda Mallorca as a 4-star hotel, it features 189 modern rooms that combine comfort with a Mediterranean style. Guests have access to a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a buffet restaurant serving national and international cuisine, a snack bar, and a lobby bar. The outdoor area offers guests two pools – a main pool and a relax pool – as well as a spacious outdoor area with a sun terrace and a beautifully landscaped garden.

Renovated for summer 2026, the Mediterranean-style double rooms are equipped with two single beds or one double bed, bathroom/shower/WC, hairdryer, mirror, toiletries, satellite TV, telephone, kettle with a tea selection, refrigerator with a welcome bottle of water, air conditioning, safe, Wi-Fi, and a furnished balcony. (D) Room size approx. 25 m².
Also available for single use (DE) at an additional cost.

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these can be booked with a pool view (PD). Room size approx. 25 m².

Destination information

A tourism tax, comparable to a local visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is € 2.20-4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person for those aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
