Location

The charming village of Fügen in the beautiful Zillertal offers diverse recreational opportunities. The traditional village of Fügen boasts cozy bars and an impressive mountain backdrop. Shopping facilities can be found at the Stadtgalerien Schwaz shopping center, approximately 19 km away. Additionally, there are several interesting day trip destinations in the Fügen area waiting for your visit. Particularly recommended are Innsbruck (approx. 50 km away), Tratzberg Castle (approx. 14.2 km away), the local history museum, and the Erlebnistherme Zillertal adventure thermal spa. Immerse yourself in the wonderful landscape by bike or on extensive hikes through lush meadows. Well-marked hiking trails offer optimal conditions for this. The area can also be explored wonderfully on horseback or with Nordic walking. Especially in summer, you can combine nature experiences and sports activities in and around Fügen by swimming at the Schlitterer See lake (approx. 5 km away) or at the outdoor pool (in the village). Climbing is also a great way to stay active. Improve your handicap while golfing or play a round of mini-golf. Spend an eventful day at the Zell am Ziller leisure park (approx. 15.5 km). Visit the Innsbruck Alpine Zoo (approx. 47 km).
As soon as the first snowflakes fall, Fügen reveals its winter splendor. Skiing, cross-country skiing, and snow biking are just some of the activities you can enjoy. The snowy landscape is particularly beautiful during a leisurely sleigh ride or on a ski tour. Tobogganing on the toboggan run is also great fun. The Hintertux Glacier is approximately 42.5 km away.

Facilities

In addition to a total of 23 accommodation units, the Gasthof Hoppeter offers a reception area and a lounge. Indulge in culinary delights at the à la carte restaurant "Pizzeria Ticino," another restaurant, and the "Zirmstube" parlor. You can end an eventful day of your vacation in good company at the public bar located approximately 100 meters away. A terrace is also available for relaxation (open even in winter). Cyclists can use the hotel's lockable bicycle storage room.
A lockable ski and snowboard storage room, accessible from the house, with a ski boot dryer is available for your winter sports equipment. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.

Meals begin with dinner on arrival day and end with breakfast on departure day.
Welcome drink, from 7:30-9:30 AM a substantial breakfast buffet, packed lunch to make yourself from the breakfast buffet (1 sweet, 1 piece of fruit, 1 roll & 1 drink per person), from 6:30-8:00 PM a 3-course meal (soup from the buffet, 2 choices for main course, dessert) including salad buffet, from 6:00-9:00 PM unlimited drinks such as cola, lemonade, apple juice, raspberry juice, and soda water, as well as house beer and house wine red/white included.

This winter sports area, particularly popular with families, with its wide slopes extends to snow-sure altitudes and is suitable for winter sports enthusiasts of all ages, featuring beginner lifts, a race course, and various snowmaking facilities. With floodlights on, the slope can also be enjoyed at night. Of course, after a long day of skiing, there are also various options for enjoyable après-ski. A toboggan run promises lots of fun.
