Location

The charming village of Fügen in the beautiful Zillertal Valley offers diverse recreational opportunities. Traditional Fügen also boasts cozy bars and an impressive mountain backdrop. Shopping facilities can be found at the Stadtgalerien Schwaz shopping center, approximately 19 km away. Additionally, interesting day trip destinations await you in the Fügen area. Particularly recommended are Innsbruck (approx. 50 km away), Tratzberg Castle (approx. 14.2 km away), the local history museum, and the Zillertal Adventure Thermal Spa. Immerse yourself in the wonderful landscape by bike or on extensive hikes through lush meadows. Well-marked hiking trails provide the optimal conditions. The area can also be wonderfully explored on horseback or while Nordic walking. Especially in summer, you can combine experiencing nature and engaging in sports in and around Fügen by swimming at the Schlitterer See lake (approx. 5 km away) or at the outdoor swimming pool (in the village). Climbing also offers an active experience. Improve your handicap while golfing or play a game of mini-golf. Spend an eventful day at the Zell am Ziller leisure park (approx. 15.5 km). Visit the Alpine Zoo Innsbruck (approx. 47 km).
As soon as the first snowflakes fall, Fügen reveals its winter splendor. Skiing, cross-country skiing, and snow biking are just a few of the activities to occupy your time. The snowy landscape is particularly beautiful to admire on a leisurely sleigh ride or during a ski tour. Tobogganing on the toboggan run is also great fun. The Hintertux Glacier is approximately 42.5 km away.

Facilities

In addition to a total of 23 accommodation units, Gasthof Hoppeter offers a reception and a common room. Indulge in culinary delights at the à la carte restaurant "Pizzeria Ticino," another restaurant, and the "Zirmstube" parlor. You can end an eventful day of vacation in a convivial atmosphere at the public bar, located about 100 m away. A terrace is also available for relaxation (open in winter too). Cyclists can use the hotel's lockable bicycle storage room.
A lockable ski and snowboard storage room with a ski boot dryer, accessible from the building, is available for your winter sports equipment. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.

Welcome drink, hearty breakfast buffet from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM, packed lunch to make yourself from the breakfast buffet (1 sweet, 1 fruit, 1 bread roll & 1 drink per person), 3-course menu from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM (soup from the buffet, 2 choices for main course, dessert) including salad buffet, unlimited drinks like cola, lemonade, apple juice, raspberry juice and soda water as well as open beer and open red/white wine from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM included.

This winter sports area, particularly popular with families, with its wide slopes extends to a snow-sure altitude and is suitable for winter sports enthusiasts of all ages. It features beginner lifts, a race course, and various snow-making facilities. With floodlights on, the slopes can also be wonderfully skied at night. Of course, after a long day of skiing, there are also various options for enjoyable après-ski. A toboggan run promises a lot of fun.
