Especially in winter:
Skiing down to the hotel is possible, depending on snow conditions! The CityXpress gondola lift and ski school are located approx. 300 m away. The free ski bus stops directly at the hotel. The Zell am See-Kaprun ski area offers winter sports activities for beginners and advanced skiers.

The in-house restaurant treats you to regional specialties and international delicacies, prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients. For wellness and relaxation, the spacious wellness area with sauna, steam bath, and relaxation room provides the perfect place to recharge after an active day in the mountains or at the lake. In summer, the lawn with sun loungers and parasols offers an ideal spot to enjoy the day. After an eventful day, the café terrace invites you to wind down. Further hotel amenities include a reception with a bright lobby and open fireplace, several lounge areas, an elegant hotel bar, and two elevators.

Double room

The cozy double rooms (approx. 25 m², D) are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes, TV, safe, telephone, pull-out couch, and balcony.

Double room for single use

These are the same as the double rooms, but for single use (DE).

Junior suite "Ins Glück"

At approx. 30 m², the junior suites are a bit more spacious and feature a pull-out couch (JS2). These rooms have NO balcony.
From winter 2025, also bookable with balcony (J2B).

Junior suite "Ins Glück/Zur Ruhe"

Otherwise similar in equipment to the junior suites "Ins Glück", these are slightly more spacious at approx. 30-35 m². They also feature a partially separate WC, double bed, and two single sofa beds or a double pull-out couch and balcony (J2A).

Suite "Zur Gemütlichkeit"

The spacious suites (approx. 40 m², S2) are equipped with a separate WC, additional refrigerator, living/sleeping room with pull-out couch, and a separate room with a double bed. These rooms have a terrace.

Suite "Zur Zufriedenheit"

Otherwise similar in equipment to the suite "Zur Gemütlichkeit", these are slightly more spacious at approx. 46-51 m² and have NO balcony (SA).

Junior suite "Zur Freude/Gartenblick" (Winter)

The junior suite "Zur Freude/Gartenblick" (approx. 40-45 m², JGB) offers space for 2 to 4 people and is equipped with a separate WC. It features a comfortable king-size bed as well as a double pull-out couch. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the garden.
