Location

The 4-star superior Familien- und Gartenhotel Theresia is located at an altitude of 1040m in the Wiesenegg district. The hotel is ideal for holidaymakers seeking peace and quiet, but also for those who wish to reach the nearest center on foot. The hotel is about an 8-minute walk from the center and offers its guests an ideal starting point for adventure hikes, as well as cycling and mountain biking tours. The nearest train station is in Zell am See, about 21 km away. Salzburg Airport is approximately 90 km from the hotel.
In winter, the hotel is the perfect starting point for skiers and snowboarders, directly on the slopes and lifts. Skiing down is possible right to your doorstep. An introductory lift for the Saalbach Hinterglemm/Leogang/Fieberbrunn ski area, plus a practice lift, are also located nearby.

Double Room Type A

The double rooms type "Small" A are approx. 20 m² in size and are located in the adjacent building "The Resi Appartements". The rooms have an HD TV, a telephone, a safe, a minibar (possibly for a fee), a balcony, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet (DA).

Double Room Type B

The double rooms type "Large A" are located in a quiet area overlooking the garden and are similar in furnishings, but larger at approx. 35m². They also feature a seating area and a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet (DB).

Junior Suite

The Junior Suites are approx. 40 m² in size and offer a quiet location with a sun balcony and a beautiful view. Further amenities include a living area and a sleeping area, separated by double doors. These Junior Suites also feature a large and luxurious bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower (JS2).

Family Room Type A

The family rooms type A are approx. 25 m² in size and are located in the adjacent building "The Resi Appartements". In addition to the double bed, the rooms have a children's sleeping area (visually separable by a curtain) with a bunk bed or a pull-out double sofa bed (2FA).

Family Room Type C

The family rooms type C are larger, with approx. 33-35 m², and are furnished with traditional and hand-painted furniture. In addition to the double bed and sofa bed, they have an extra bed. The bathroom has a bathtub (2FC).

Family Suite Type A

This 2-room family suite is approx. 40-44 m² in size and offers a master bedroom with a double bed and one or two sofa beds, and a small children's room with a bunk bed or two separate beds (ASF).

These 2-room family suites are approx. 43 m² in size and offer a living/sleeping area with a wall bed, and a children's room on the upper floor with two single beds (BSF).

Family Suite Type C

These 2-room family suites are approx. 55 m² in size and offer a living/sleeping area with a wall bed, as well as a separate bedroom (FSC).
