Location

The 4-star superior Familien- und Gartenhotel Theresia is located at an altitude of 1040 m in the Wiesenegg district. The hotel is ideal for holidaymakers seeking tranquility, but also for those who prefer to walk to the nearest town center. The hotel is approximately an 8-minute walk from the center and offers guests an ideal starting point for adventurous hikes, as well as cycling and mountain biking tours. The nearest train station is in Zell am See, approximately 21 km away. Salzburg Airport is approximately 90 km from the hotel.
In winter, the hotel is the perfect base for skiers and snowboarders, located directly on ski slopes and lifts. Ski-in/ski-out is possible right to the doorstep. The entry lift for the Saalbach Hinterglemm/Leogang/Fieberbrunn ski area, plus a beginner lift, are also nearby.

Double Room Type A

The "Small" Type A double rooms are approximately 20 m² and are located in the adjoining "The Resi Appartements" building. The rooms are equipped with an HD TV, telephone, safe, minibar (possibly for a fee), a balcony, and a bathroom with shower and toilet (DA).

Double Room Type B

The "Large A" Type double rooms are situated in a quiet location overlooking the garden. They are similar in furnishings but larger, measuring approximately 35 m². They also feature a seating area and a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet (DB).

Junior Suite

The Junior Suites are approximately 40 m² and offer a quiet location with a sun balcony and a beautiful view. Further amenities include a living area and a sleeping area, separated by double doors. These Junior Suites also feature a large and luxurious bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower (JS2).

Family Room Type A

The Type A family rooms are approximately 25 m² and are located in the adjoining "The Resi Appartements" building. In addition to the double bed, the rooms have a children's sleeping area (visually separable by a curtain) with a bunk bed or a pull-out double sofa bed (2FA).

Family Room Type C

The Type C family rooms are larger, measuring approximately 33-35 m², and are furnished with traditional, hand-painted furniture. In addition to the double bed and sofa bed, they have an extra bed. The bathroom has a bathtub (2FC).

Family Suite Type A

This 2-room family suite is approximately 40-44 m² and offers a master bedroom with a double bed and one or two sofa beds, and a small children's room with a bunk bed or two separate beds (ASF).

These 2-room family suites are approximately 55 m² and offer a living/sleeping area with a wall bed, plus a separate bedroom (FSC).
