Location

The 4-star superior Familien- und Gartenhotel Theresia is located at an altitude of 1040 m in the Wiesenegg district. The hotel is ideal for holidaymakers seeking tranquility but also for those who prefer to walk to the nearest center. The hotel is approximately an 8-minute walk from the center and offers guests an ideal starting point for scenic hikes, as well as cycling and mountain biking tours. The nearest train station is in Zell am See, about 21 km away. Salzburg Airport is approximately 90 km from the hotel.
In winter, the hotel is the perfect base for skiers and snowboarders, right next to ski slopes and lifts. Ski-in/ski-out access is possible directly to the hotel. A lift for the Saalbach Hinterglemm/Leogang/Fieberbrunn ski area, plus a practice lift, are also nearby.

Double Room Type A

The "Small" Double Rooms Type A are approximately 20 sq m and are located in the adjacent building "The Resi Appartements". The rooms are equipped with an HD TV, a telephone, a safe, a minibar (potentially for a fee), a balcony, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet (DA).

Double Room Type B

The "Large A" Double Rooms are located in a quiet area overlooking the garden and are similarly equipped, but larger at approximately 35 sq m. They also feature a seating area and a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet (DB).

Junior Suite

The Junior Suites are approximately 40 sq m and offer a quiet location with a sun balcony and a beautiful view. Further amenities include a living area and a sleeping area, separated by double doors. The Family Rooms Type A are approximately 25 sq m and are located in the adjacent building "The Resi Appartements". In addition to the double bed, the rooms have a children's sleeping area (optically separable by a curtain) with a bunk bed or a pull-out double sofa bed (2FA).

Family Room Type C

The Family Rooms Type C are larger, measuring approximately 33-35 sq m, and are furnished with traditional, hand-painted furniture. In addition to the double bed and sofa bed, they have an extra bed. The bathroom has a bathtub (2FC).

Family Suite Type A

This 2-room family suite is approximately 40-44 sq m and offers a master bedroom with a double bed and one or two sofa beds, and a small children's room with a bunk bed or two separate beds (ASF).

These 2-room family suites are approximately 55 sq m and offer a living/sleeping area with a Murphy bed, plus a separate bedroom (FSC).
