Location

The 4-star superior Familien- und Gartenhotel Theresia is located at an altitude of 1040 m in the Wiesenegg district. The hotel is ideal for holidaymakers seeking peace and quiet, yet also for those who prefer to reach the town center on foot. The hotel is situated approximately an 8-minute walk from the center and offers guests an ideal starting point for adventure hikes, as well as cycling and mountain bike tours. The nearest train station is in Zell am See, located about 21 km away. Salzburg Airport is approximately 90 km from the hotel.
In winter, the hotel is the perfect starting point for skiers and snowboarders, located directly on the ski slopes and next to ski lifts. Ski-in access to the front door is possible. The entry lift for the Saalbach Hinterglemm/Leogang/Fieberbrunn ski area, as well as a practice lift, are also in the immediate vicinity.

The Familien- und Gartenhotel Theresia offers its guests a total of 53 rooms and suites, designed in a classic-modern and traditional style. In this four-star hotel in the wonderful holiday region of Saalbach-Hinterglemm, well-being is a priority at all levels. Double room Type A

The Type "Small" A double rooms are approx. 20 m² and are located in the annex building "The Resi Appartements". The rooms are equipped with an HD-TV, a telephone, a safe, a minibar (possibly for a fee), a balcony, and a bathroom with a shower and WC (DA).

Double room Type B

The Type "Large A" double rooms are in a quiet location facing the garden and are similar in equipment but larger at approx. 35 m², additionally featuring a seating area and a bathroom with a bathtub as well as a separate WC (DB).

Junior suite

The junior suites are approx. 40 m² and offer a quiet location with a sun balcony and a beautiful view. Further amenities include a living area and a sleeping area, separated by double doors. Additionally, these junior suites feature a large and luxurious bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower (JS2).

The Type A family rooms are approx. 25 m² and are located in the annex building "The Resi Appartements". In addition to the double bed, the rooms have a children's sleeping area (optically separable by a curtain) with a bunk bed or a pull-out double sofa bed (2FA).

Family room Type C

The Type C family rooms are larger at approx. 33-35 m² and are furnished with traditional, hand-painted furniture. In addition to the double bed and sofa bed, they feature an extra bed. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub (2FC).

Family suite Type A

This 2-room family suite is approx. 40-44 m² and offers a master bedroom with a double bed and one or two sofa beds, plus a small children's room with a bunk bed or two separate beds (ASF).

These 2-room family suites are approx. 43 m² and offer a living/sleeping room with a wall bed, as well as a children's room on the upper floor with two single beds (BSF).

These 2-room family suites are approx. 55 m² and offer, in addition to the living/sleeping room with a wall bed, a separate bedroom (FSC).
