Location

The hotel is located above the center of Bad Gastein, offering a magnificent view of the valley and the surrounding mountains. This location provides guests with a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Thanks to its central location, the hotel is an ideal starting point for various recreational activities.
In winter, skiing and snowboarding in the neighboring ski area, Ski Amadé, are highlights, while in summer, hiking, mountain biking, and excursions into the surrounding nature reserves are among the top activities. The famous thermal baths of Bad Gastein, known for their healing properties, are also just a few minutes away, offering the opportunity to relax after an active day.
The nearest mountain railway is only about 500 m away, providing access to the hiking paradise. For cooling off in the summer, there is a bathing lake approximately 3 km away.
In winter, this region is an absolute winter paradise, whether you're looking for activities like skiing, winter hiking, or tobogganing. The hotel is located directly at the "Schlossalm-Angertal Stubnerkogel" ski area, which is part of the renowned Ski Amadé ski association.

Facilities

The hotel, with around 202 tastefully furnished rooms, serves as the ideal accommodation for switching off from everyday life during a mountain holiday. Guests are welcomed in a large lobby with a reception and can also relax in the reading room, at the bar, or on the sun terrace with loungers. The restaurant "Zeitgeist" ensures culinary highlights with fresh and creative dishes. The hotel's own alpine pasture with a biotope, only about a 20-minute walk away, is also popular.

2-Room Apartment

The rustically furnished apartments offer a combined living/sleeping area with a double sofa bed or wall bed as a double bed, as well as a separate double room with a connecting door. The bathroom has a bathtub or shower, separate toilet, hairdryer, and rental bathrobes for adults and children. Other amenities include a telephone, Wi-Fi, cable TV, radio, safe for rent, kitchenette with kitchen appliances, dining/seating area, and a balcony or terrace (approx. 46m², A12).

Studio

The studios for 2 people are smaller and feature a living/sleeping area with a double bed, otherwise having similar amenities to the apartments (approx. 25m², S12).

Parking included. Premium parking €15 per day/car; payable on site.
Intermediate cleaning is carried out every 3 days, and final cleaning is performed upon departure in the studios and apartments. Additional cleaning available for a fee on site.
