Location

The beach resort is situated on the enchanting Adriatic coast in one of the most beautiful bays in the world, protected by UNESCO. The Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay Resort in Montenegro is just 13 km from Tivat Airport. Dubrovnik Airport is also easily accessible at 48 km away, while Podgorica Airport is approximately 90 km away. The hotel is also reachable by boat, as it has a marina and is located directly on a private beach.

Facilities

Bright, modern hotel lounge area with cozy seating and green plants.
The hotel offers 252 stylishly furnished rooms spread across the main building and two annex buildings, one overlooking the pool and villas with sea views. The hotel also features a private sandy beach, a wellness area with an indoor pool, a large Medical Center, and conference rooms. Further amenities include the Piano Lounge Bar, the Blue Restaurant with buffet service, and the Lighthouse Restaurant with a terrace, where you can enjoy à la carte dining directly on the beach with breathtaking views. During the summer season, the Ole Beach Restaurant & Bar and the Bliss Pool & Cocktail Bar are also available.

The modernly furnished Deluxe Apartments are approx. 50 sqm and feature 1 king bed, a spacious living and dining area, a kitchenette, a sofa bed, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower, as well as a balcony. Otherwise, same amenities as the double rooms.

Deluxe Double Room with 2 Twin Beds (DD2)

The rooms are approx. 35 sqm and have the same amenities as the double rooms, but always feature 2 twin beds. Also bookable as a double room for single occupancy.

Same amenities as the Deluxe Double Room, but with 1 king bed and additionally with pool view. Rooms also bookable for single occupancy (1ND).

Premium Apartment Sea View Pool (2AM)

The apartments are approx. 90 sqm and feature a king-size bed, an additional sofa bed, a spacious living and dining area, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sink. There is also a well-equipped kitchenette and a balcony with direct access to the communal pool. Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased risk to small children.
Therefore, for bookings of these room types, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children for safety reasons.

Premium Apartment Sea View Whirlpool (3AM)

The apartments are approx. 85 sqm and feature a king-size bed, an additional sofa bed, a spacious living and dining area, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sink. There is also a well-equipped kitchenette and a balcony with a private whirlpool. Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased risk to small children.
Therefore, for bookings of these room types, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children for safety reasons.
