Location

The beach resort is located on the enchanting Adriatic coast in one of the most beautiful bays in the world, protected by UNESCO. The Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay Resort in Montenegro is only 13 km from Tivat Airport, Dubrovnik Airport is also easily accessible at 48 km away, while Podgorica Airport is about 90 km away. The hotel is also accessible by boat, as it has a marina and is located directly on a private beach.

The hotel offers 252 stylishly furnished rooms, spread across the main building and two annex buildings, one overlooking the pool and villas with sea views. The hotel also has a private sandy beach, a wellness area with an indoor pool, a large medical center, and conference rooms. The facilities also include the Piano Lounge Bar, the Blue Restaurant with buffet service, and the Lighthouse Restaurant with a terrace, where you can enjoy the à la carte menu right on the beach with breathtaking views. During the summer season, the Ole Beach Restaurant & Bar and the Bliss Pool & Cocktail Bar are also available.

Double room with 1 King bed or 2 Twin beds

The modernly furnished double rooms (approx. 20-25 m²) have a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, minibar, safe, and a smart TV. Bathroom amenities also include bathrobes and slippers. The modernly furnished deluxe apartments are approx. 50 m² in size. They feature 1 king bed, a large living and dining area, a small kitchenette, a sofa bed, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Balcony with pool view.
