Location

The beachfront resort is located on the enchanting Adriatic coast in one of the world's most beautiful UNESCO-protected bays. The Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay Resort in Montenegro is just 13 km from Tivat Airport, while Dubrovnik Airport is also easily accessible at 48 km away, and Podgorica Airport is approximately 90 km away. The hotel is also reachable by boat, as it features a marina and is situated directly on a private beach.

The hotel offers 252 stylishly furnished rooms spread across the main building and two annexes, one with a pool view and villas with sea views. The hotel also features a private sandy beach, a spa area with an indoor pool, a large medical center, and conference rooms. Amenities also include the Piano Lounge Bar, the Blue Restaurant serving buffet-style meals, and the Lighthouse Restaurant with a terrace, where you can enjoy à la carte dining directly on the beach with breathtaking views. During the summer season, the Ole Beach Restaurant & Bar and the Bliss Pool & Cocktail Bar are also available.

The modernly furnished Deluxe Apartments are approx. 50 sqm in size and feature 1 King bed, a spacious living and dining area, a small kitchenette, a sofa bed, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Balcony with pool view.
