Location

The beach resort is located on the enchanting Adriatic coast in one of the world's most beautiful bays, protected by UNESCO. The Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay Resort in Montenegro is just 13 km from Tivat Airport. Dubrovnik Airport is also easily accessible at 48 km, while Podgorica Airport is approximately 90 km away. The hotel is also accessible by boat, as it has a marina and is located directly on a private beach.

The hotel offers 252 stylishly furnished rooms spread across the main building and two annex buildings, one overlooking the pool, and villas with sea views. The hotel also features a private sandy beach, a spa area with an indoor pool, a large medical center, and conference rooms. Amenities also include the Piano Lounge Bar, the Blue Restaurant offering buffet-style dining, and the Lighthouse Restaurant with a terrace where you can enjoy à la carte dining directly on the beach with breathtaking views. During the summer season, the Ole Beach Restaurant & Bar and the Bliss Pool & Cocktail Bar are also available.

The modernly furnished Deluxe Apartments are approx. 50 sqm. They feature 1 King bed, a large living and dining area, a small kitchenette, a sofa bed, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Balcony with pool view.

Deluxe Double Room with 2 Twin beds (DD2)

The rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms but always feature 2 twin beds and are slightly larger. Also bookable as a double room for single use.

Deluxe Double Room Pool View with 1 King bed (2ND)

Same amenities as Deluxe Double Rooms, with the addition of a pool view, and the rooms have 1 King bed. Rooms are also bookable for single use (1ND).

Premium Double Room with 1 King bed (GP2)

Same amenities as the double rooms, but slightly larger with a sofa. Also bookable for single use (GP1). Sea view is available for an additional charge (AM).
