Location

The beach resort is located on the enchanting Adriatic coast in one of the most beautiful bays in the world, which is protected by UNESCO. The Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay Resort in Montenegro is only 13 km from Tivat Airport; Dubrovnik Airport is also easily accessible at a distance of 48 km, while Podgorica Airport is approximately 90 km away. The hotel is also accessible by boat, as it features a private marina and is located directly on a private beach.

Facilities

Bright, modern hotel lobby with seating, plants, and stylish lighting fixtures.
The hotel offers 252 stylishly furnished rooms, distributed across the main building and two annexes, one of which has views of the pool, as well as villas with sea views. Furthermore, the hotel features two swimming pools, a private sandy beach, a wellness area with an indoor pool (heated), a large medical center, and conference rooms. Facilities also include the lobby bar with a terrace, the Blue Restaurant serving buffet-style meals, and the Mediterranean Lighthouse Restaurant by the sea with a terrace, where guests can enjoy an à la carte menu right on the beach with breathtaking views. During the summer season, the Ole Beach Restaurant & Bar as well as the Bliss Pool & Cocktail Bar are also available.

Double room with 1 King bed (DA) or 2 Twin beds (DB)

The modernly furnished double rooms (approx. 22-28 m²) feature 2 twin beds (DB) or 1 king bed (DA), shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (individually controlled), telephone, minibar, coffee and tea maker, a safe, and a smart TV. Bathroom amenities include bathrobes and slippers. Furthermore, the rooms feature a balcony with views of the mountains. DZ=EZ for single use.

Deluxe Apartment 1 bedroom (DU1)

The modernly furnished Deluxe apartments are approx. 50 m² and feature 1 king bed, a large living and dining area, a small kitchenette, a sofa bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a balcony. Otherwise, same facilities as the double rooms.

Deluxe double room with 2 twin beds (DD2)

The rooms are approx. 35 m² and feature the same facilities as the double rooms, but always have 2 twin beds. Also bookable as DZ=EZ for single use.

Deluxe double room pool view with 1 King bed (2ND)

Same facilities as Deluxe double room, but with 1 king bed and additionally with pool view. Room also bookable for single use (1ND).

Premium double room with 1 King bed (GP2)

Same facilities as the double rooms, but slightly larger at approx. 40 m² with a living area including a sofa and table. Also bookable for single use (GP1). Sea view can be booked for an extra charge (2PM).

Premium double room with 1 King bed + 1 Twin bed (Z1D)

Same facilities as the Premium double rooms, but with 1 king bed and an additional twin bed.

Premium apartment sea view pool (2AM)

The apartments are approx. 90 m² and feature a king-size bed, an additional sofa bed, a large living and dining area, as well as a bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity. There is also a well-equipped kitchenette, a balcony, and direct access to the communal pool. Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety hazard for small children.
Therefore, at Schauinsland-Reisen, a minimum age of 6 years applies for children for bookings of these room types for safety reasons.

Premium apartment sea view whirlpool (3AM)

The apartments are approx. 85 m² and feature a king-size bed, an additional sofa bed, a large living and dining area, as well as a bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity. There is also a well-equipped kitchenette, as well as a balcony with a private whirlpool. Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety hazard for small children.
Therefore, at Schauinsland-Reisen, a minimum age of 6 years applies for children for bookings of these room types for safety reasons.
