Location

The Hotel Residence Sol Garden Istra for Plava Laguna is located approximately 300 m from the stone/pebble beach. The tourist center is about 5 km away. The city of Umag is approx. 3 km away (Pula approx. 87 km). Shops are about 30 km from the hotel, and a supermarket is within approx. 300 m. The nearest bars and restaurants are also about 300 m away. The airport (PUY) is approx. 90 km away.

The resort hotel, last renovated in 2026, has 4 floors and 198 rooms spread across a main building and 2 annexes. It is equipped with a 24-hour reception (check-in from 2 PM, check-out until 12 PM), a lobby with a bar, 3 elevators, air conditioning, a safe (free of charge), a kiosk, parking (for a fee), a security entry system, and currency exchange facilities. For culinary delights, there are 3 air-conditioned restaurants serving Mediterranean and typical Istrian cuisine, and a snack bar. Refreshing drinks can be enjoyed at the lobby bar and the pool bar. Wi-Fi is available free of charge for hotel guests. The modern hotel's outdoor area with a water park includes 4 freshwater pools with a separate children's pool (open from May to October). These consist of two double rooms with a connecting door and a park view (DFB).

Premium Double Room

These rooms offer more space than standard double rooms with otherwise identical amenities and are located on the pool side (P2I/PDZ/PSK).

All Inclusive KIDS

Promotion from July 17th to September 11th, 2026, when booking half board: Exclusively for children between 4-11 years old, they receive a bracelet upon arrival at the hotel and can use the All Inclusive KIDS offer at no extra charge. Children aged 12 and 13 can use the offer for a fee. This includes:
* Lunch from 1 PM to 3 PM
* Soft drinks and water from 12 PM to 5 PM
* Afternoon ice cream offer for one hour (time depends on season)
* The offer is available in a separate area of the Entertainment Center or in the main restaurant
* Only for children with a visible AI KIDS bracelet
