Location

The Residence Sol Garden Istra for Plava Laguna hotel is located about 300 m from the pebble/rocky beach. The tourist center is about 5 km away. The city of Umag is approx. 3 km away (Pula approx. 87 km). Shops are about 30 km from the hotel, and a supermarket can be reached after approx. 300 m. The nearest bars and restaurants are also around 300 m away. The airport (PUY) is approx. 90 km away.

The resort hotel, last renovated in 2026, has 198 rooms spread across a main building and 2 outbuildings. It is equipped with a 24-hour reception (check-in from 2 p.m., check-out until 12 p.m.), a lobby with a bar, 3 elevators, air conditioning, a safe (free of charge), a kiosk, parking (for a fee), a security entry system, and a currency exchange facility. For culinary delights, there are 3 air-conditioned restaurants with Mediterranean and typical Istrian cuisine and a snack bar. Enjoy refreshing drinks at the lobby bar and the pool bar. Wi-Fi is available free of charge for hotel guests. The modern hotel's outdoor area with a water park includes 4 freshwater pools with a separate children's pool (open from May to October). Sun umbrellas and sun loungers are available here free of charge. Refreshing drinks are available at the pool bar.

Also available as an option with a pool view (DP/D1P).

These are 2 double rooms with a connecting door and park view (DFB).

Double room Premium

These rooms, with otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms, are more spacious and located on the pool side (P2I/PDZ/PSK).

The family rooms are approx. 51 m² and have a visually separated sleeping area, a living/sleeping area with a sofa bed, air conditioning, safe, TV, shower/toilet, and a balcony or terrace facing the park (DF2).

Family room Superior

These are approx. 47 m², located on the pool side, and otherwise similarly equipped as the family rooms (F2U).

HB Plus

Breakfast and dinner in buffet form. Selected drinks (juices, water, wine, and beer) are included with dinner from July 17th to September 26th, 2026.
During the period from April 1st to July 17th and September 27th to November 15th, 2026, drinks with dinner are NOT included.

All Inclusive KIDS

Promotion from July 17th to September 11th, 2026, when booking half board: Exclusively for children between 4-11 years old, they receive a bracelet upon arrival at the hotel and can use the All Inclusive KIDS offer at no extra charge. Children aged 12 and 13 can use the offer for a fee. This includes:
* Lunch from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
* Soft drinks and water from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
* Ice cream offer for one hour in the afternoon (time depends on season)
* The offer is located in a separate area in the Entertainment Center or in the main restaurant
* Only for children with a visible AI KIDS bracelet
